The entire code consists of a report code segment, a sequence number segment and a suffix segment. Each segment can contain multiple segments. The segments are separated by a separator "_" (1 character), and the sub-items in each segment can be separated by a "-/" (1 character). The suffix segment is attached to it and is optional, not a necessary part of the CSRN. Report code is usually the full name or abbreviation of the publishing organization, expressed in Chinese Pinyin letters. This section is up to 15 characters long. If necessary, sub-items can be set. There is a space between CSRN and report code. For example: (Technical report of China Aviation Industry Corporation) use: CSRN HKS (Technical report of Henan Province) use: (Technical report of Chinese Academy of Sciences) use: 4.2 Sequential section CSRN EN CSRN KXY This section consists of the year and the sequence number, and is the second section of the CSRN. It is connected with "". The year is represented by two digits of the year of the Christian era, which occupies 2 characters, and the sequence number is represented by four digits, which occupies 4 characters. The four digits of the sequence number are used as the sequence number, and no other meaning is given. This section is up to 8 characters. For example: -931234 -905432 -894321 4.3 Report code suffix The report code suffix is optional. It is not a mandatory part of the Chinese Science and Technology Report. It consists of letters and numbers of any length. It is preceded by "十", and it follows the sequence section. The various information in the suffix section can be treated as sub-items. The order is: report classification, confidentiality level, suffix, carrier type, subject words, etc. The sub-items are separated by the identifier "/\ (occupying 1 character position). 4.3.1 Report classification number The report classification number adopts the first-level classification number of the national standard GB/T13745[1 subject classification and code. The classification number consists of numbers and occupies 3 characters (see Appendix B). 4.3.2 Report confidentiality level The report confidentiality level is represented by the digital code of the document confidentiality level specified in the national standard GB7156. For example: 0 is kilograms, 1 is domestic, 2 is internal, 3 is Yimi, 4 is stolen, and 4 is top secret. 4.3.3 Report level The report level is divided into national level and provincial and ministerial level. They are represented by the first letters of the Chinese phonetic alphabet GJ and SB respectively. 4.3.4 Report carrier type The report carrier type is represented by the single-character code specified in the national standard GB3469. For example: P is printing, and m is microfilm. 4.3.5 Subject terms Subject terms are marked with subject terms specified in the Chinese thesaurus; Chinese thesaurus 3 is my country's first comprehensive retrieval terminology table, compiled by the Chinese Institute of Scientific and Technical Information in 1980 and published by China Science and Technology Literature Press. 5 Function of Chinese Science and Technology Report Number Chinese Science and Technology Report Number is the unique identifier of scientific and technological reports. An SRN number is only assigned to a unique scientific and technological report. Each volume or each part of a multi-volume series report is assigned a CSRN number, and the numbers should be recorded continuously. 6 Management The National Science and Technology Commission is responsible for the establishment of the China Science and Technology Report Management Center, which is responsible for assigning CSRV numbers to scientific and technological reports to ensure their uniqueness.
