3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Woven resin black charcoal interlining
The interlining is made of cotton, chemical fiber, wool pure or blended as warp yarn, chemical fiber and yak hair or other animal hair blended as weft yarn, woven into base fabric, and then finished with resin.
4 Classification and marking
4.1 Product classification According to the base fabric, the yarn containing human hair, yak hair, camel hair, wool and above components in the warp and weft directions is divided into two categories: Class A contains all in the warp and weft directions;
FZ/T64001—2003
Class B contains only in the weft direction.
4.2 The varieties and specifications of various woven resin black charcoal interlinings are formulated according to the yarn components, density, width, etc. of the base fabric in the warp and weft directions. The representative varieties and specifications are shown in Table 1.

Technical requirements are divided into two aspects: internal quality and appearance quality. Internal quality includes seven items: weft density, unit area quality, crease recovery, water immersion size change, dry cleaning size change, color fastness and free formaldehyde content. Appearance quality, i.e., fabric surface defects, is divided into two categories: local defects and scattered defects.

Qualified products
The color fastness of woven resin black charcoal interlining shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties on the principle of not affecting the appearance of the fabric and the use of clothing in actual use. The color fastness to washing of multi-colored interlinings shall refer to the indicators specified in GB/T411-1993 and GB/T5326-1997. 5.1.5.2 In the color fastness test method, when two interlining fabrics of different fibers are required to be tested in parallel, the staining level of the wool interlining shall be used as the basis, or it shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.1.6 Free formaldehyde content
The technical requirements for free formaldehyde content are shown in Table 5.

5.2.1 Local defects shall be in accordance with Chapter 5 of FZ/T01075-2000, and defect knots shall be in accordance with 5.1.2 of FZ/T01075-2000. 5.2.2 Scattered defects shall be graded in a step-by-step manner according to the degree of defects. 5.3 Grading regulations
5.3.1 Grading principles
5.3.1.1 Various woven resin black carbon lining fabrics are in an agreed length of 50m. Internal quality shall be graded according to criticism and appearance quality shall be graded according to roll. 5.3.1.2 In the same roll of cloth, when two or more internal qualities are downgraded at the same time, the lowest one shall be rated; when two or more scattered defects exist at the same time, the most serious one shall be rated. 5.3.1.3 In the same roll of cloth, when local and scattered defects exist at the same time, the number of knots of local defects shall be calculated first to evaluate the grade, and then the scattered defects shall be downgraded step by step to serve as the appearance quality grade of the roll of cloth. 3
FZ/T64001-2003
5.3.1.4 The final grade of various woven resin black carbon interlining fabrics shall be comprehensively evaluated by the grade of internal quality and the grade of appearance quality, and divided into superior products, first-class products, qualified products, and those below qualified products are substandard products. 5.3.2 Rating regulations
