This standard specifies the manufacturing requirements, technologies and performance indicators of pile frames, and classifies the main manufacturing requirements, technologies and performance indicators of pile frames into different quality levels.
This standard applies to track-type, walking-type and crawler-type pile frames used in conjunction with barrel-type diesel pile hammers, vibratory pile hammers and drilling tools for pile foundation construction. The mechanical properties and chemical composition of the materials used for pile frame shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards. 3.2 The working environment temperature of pile frame is -15 to +40℃. 3.3 The oil level, oil pressure and oil temperature of the hydraulic system and lubrication system of the pile frame should be easily monitored. 3.4 The structure of the pile frame should facilitate installation, maintenance, component inspection and replacement of wearing parts on the construction site. 3.5 The columns of the pile frame should be equipped with vertical indicators on two mutually perpendicular plumb planes. Note: Simple pile frames are an exception.
Safety requirements
The electrical equipment of the pile frame must be equipped with overload and phase loss protection devices and leakage protectors. The floor surface where the operator works should not be smooth; danger warning signs must be installed in the area where the power supply cable is dragged. 4.3 Pipes and cables should have reliable fixing devices. 4.4 Each electrical switch and operating handle on the control panel should have a sign of the direction of action. The following parts of crawler pile frames should be equipped with alarm indicating devices: 4.5
a. Remaining fuel;
b. Charging indication,
c. Hydraulic system oil pressure;
d. Diesel engine oil filter blockage
e. Radiator water volume;
f. Water temperature.
4.6 The battery of crawler pile frame should ensure the supply of current required for starting engine lighting, sirens and other electrical devices. 4.7
The crawler hydraulic system should have devices to prevent positive overload and hydraulic shock, and the set pressure of the overflow valve should be 10% to 20% higher than the rated working pressure of the diagnostic system.
Track-type and walking pile frames should be equipped with track clamps. 4.9
The horizontal retraction trolley stroke of the chain frame and the walking stroke of the crawler plate of the walking pile frame should be equipped with a limit device. Note: Except for the walking device of the walking pile frame adopting the hydraulic cylinder type. 4.10 The electrical control cabinet and control room of the vibration pile frame shall be equipped with vibration isolation devices. 4.11 The incoming cables and cable connectors shall be firmly installed and the electrical connections shall have good contact. 4.12 The cable fixing device shall be made of insulating material or have insulating pads. The cable shall not touch the clamping screws of the cable fixing device.
4.13 The wear-prone parts of the soft cable shall be protected by a cable sheath made of insulating material. Such a sheath shall not be integrated with the soft cable.
4.14 When the pile frame needs to be transported by rail, the transportation state shall comply with the provisions of the locomotive and vehicle limits in GB146.2. 4.15 The safety performance of the pile frame winch shall comply with the provisions of GB13328. 4.16 The minimum entrance size of the pile frame shall refer to the provisions of Appendix A (reference). 4.17 The dimensions of the passage devices such as the pedals, ladders, walkways, platforms, handrails, grabs, guardrails and the entrance of the control room of the pile frame shall refer to the provisions of Appendix B (reference).

5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Hydraulic System
5.1.1 The nominal pressure of the hydraulic system should be selected within the medium and high pressure range of the JB824 pressure classification. The nominal pressure value should comply with the series parameters specified in GB2346.
5.1.2 The plunger, slide valve, piston rod outer diameter and cylinder inner diameter selected or designed by the hydraulic system should be selected within the series parameters specified in JB826
5.1.3 The hydraulic pipeline should be as short as possible, and the frequently disassembled oil pipe should be equipped with a quick connector. 5.1.4 Hydraulic outriggers:
a. The bottom plate of the hydraulic outrigger should be hinged. And it should meet the requirements of the ground pressure ratio; b. The hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic outrigger must be equipped with a two-way hydraulic lock. 5.1.5 The inner wall of the oil tank shall not be painted, and shall have the function of allowing the air mixed in the oil to escape, precipitating the dirt in the oil and dissipating heat.
Welding structure
The basic type and size of the welded joints of the pile frame parts shall comply with the provisions of GB985 and GB986. The surface quality of the welds of the main load-bearing components of the pile frame shall not have defects such as weld size not meeting the requirements, weld nodules, arc pits, surface pores, surface weld depressions, excessive spatter, etc. 5.2.3 The selected welding rods and welding wires shall comply with the provisions of GB5117, and the mechanical properties of the welds shall not be lower than those of the parent material. 5.2.4 Weld defects and quality requirements for welds such as the pulley frame, columns, and legs at the top of the pile frame: a. Undercut
The depth of undercut shall not exceed 5% of the plate thickness, and shall not exceed 1.5mm at most, and the total length of undercut shall not exceed 10% of each weld.

5.2.5 Unqualified welds shall be repaired, and the number of repairs at the same location shall not exceed 2 times. 5.2.6 The inspection length of welds at the top pulley frame, columns, legs, etc. of the pile frame shall not be less than 20% of the total weld length of the component.
5.3 Slewing bearing device

5.4.1 Crawler chassis
a. The hydraulic system type, pressure level, main hydraulic pump type and hydraulic motor of the crawler chassis shall meet the requirements of the hydraulic system of the whole machine; the nominal displacement of the hydraulic pump and motor shall comply with the series parameters specified in GB2347. b: Track pitch should meet the following parameters: 173, 203, 216, 228.5, 241.2mm; c. The steering main frame of the crawler chassis used for three-point crawler pile frame should have enough space to install the pile frame's columns, diagonal braces and other components
4 The connection between the steering main frame and the front bracket and cross brace of the suspended crawler pile frame requires convenient loading and unloading and should be firm; e. The mechanical properties of the base frame and walking frame materials shall not be lower than A3; the flatness tolerance of the base frame shall comply with the provisions of Table 2; the straightness tolerance of the walking frame shall not be greater than 1mm within a length of 1000mm, and shall not be greater than 1.5/1000 of the total length.
5.5 Column
a. The mechanical properties of the column material shall not be lower than A3; b. If the column body is rolled with steel plates, a section of the column body is divided into several sections for welding, and the longitudinal welds shall be staggered, and the staggered arc length shall not be less than 200mm;

c. The standard sections of the columns of the same model of pile frame shall be interchangeable. 5.6 Diagonal brace
a. The length of the diagonal brace shall enable the column to be adjusted within a tilt range of not less than 5° in the front and rear directions. The connection joints of the same model of pile frame diagonal brace should be interchangeable;
b. When the diagonal brace is adjusted by a screw rod, the screw rod accuracy should comply with the 8H/8e grade regulations in GB5796.4;c. When the diagonal brace is adjusted by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, the telescopic hydraulic cylinder parameters should comply with the regulations of JB1068, and a two-way hydraulic lock should be provided
Winches
The design of the winch should meet the requirements of piling, drilling, pile hanging and loading, and its performance should comply with the regulations of GB1955. 5.8 Control room
a. The height, length and width of the control room should ensure convenient operation. The crawler pile frame control room is specified according to the main machine;b. Beautiful shape, safe and comfortable working conditions;c. Assembly requirements
The parts on the pile frame shall comply with the product drawings, technical documents and the provisions of this standard, and shall have the qualified mark of the quality inspection department; purchased parts and outsourced parts shall have documents proving their qualification. 6 Performance requirements

7 Appearance
7.1 The outer surface of the pile frame should be painted. The paint layer should be flat, bright, uniform, without brush marks and flow marks, and firmly adhere to the surface of the pile frame.
7.2 The paint color of the factory name, trademark, instructions, danger warning and other signs on the pile frame should be clearly different from the paint color of the surface where the sign is located.
7.3 The exposed and processed surface of the pile frame that is not painted should be coated with anti-rust grease 8 Compatibility
The matching parts of crawler, walking and track pile frames include: a. Random tools;
b. Spare parts.
9 Guarantee and repair period of the manufacturer
a Under the condition of complying with the use and storage requirements, if the pile frame cannot work normally due to manufacturing quality problems within half a year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement of damaged parts (except wearing parts). b The working time of the pile frame before the first overhaul shall be no less than 5000 hours. 10 Inspection rules
10.1 Factory inspection
Pile frames shall be inspected before leaving the factory and can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. The factory qualified inspection shall include the following items: 10.1.h No-load test
10.1.1.1 Crawler pile frame
aL Engine idling
After the crawler pile frame engine is started, it shall be idling from low speed to rated speed gradually for no less than 30 minutes. It shall be easy to start, run smoothly and without abnormal sound; b. The speed of the hydraulic pump shall be calibrated to the working speed according to the design requirements; e. Transmission component idling
The transmission component of the pile frame shall be tested for idling in forward and reverse directions. d. Shift and turning test: On a flat and solid road, drive at a speed of 1 km/h, with a total driving distance of not less than 500 m, move forward and backward for not less than 5 times, and make left and right turns for forward and backward for not less than 3 times each; e. a. Displacement and turning test
On a flat and solid road surface, the forward and backward walking displacement test shall be conducted for no less than 3 times, and the left and right 90° rotation walking displacement test shall be conducted for no less than 3 times;
b. The test requirements for the slewing mechanism, column tilting mechanism, and horizontal telescopic trolley are the same as those for the crawler pile frame. 10.1.1.3 Track pile frame
a. Displacement, walking, and track changing test
After the track is laid in place, the forward and backward walking displacement test shall be conducted for no less than 3 times, and the 90° rotation track changing test shall be conducted once; b. The test requirements for the slewing mechanism, column tilting mechanism, and horizontal telescopic trolley are the same as those for the crawler pile frame. 10.1.2 Rated load test
The pile frame is tested under rated load for the following items: a. The hanging hammer winch mechanism and the hanging pile (material) winch mechanism lift and lower the load within the full stroke at the lowest stable speed and the maximum speed, and brake 1 to 2 times.
b.Swing mechanism test
Under the corresponding rated load, rotate left and right at the minimum stable swing speed and rated swing speed within the specified range of the design, and brake 1 to 2 times, and restart after stopping. Note: During the test, it is allowed to adjust the opening pressure of the hydraulic system safety valve, but it should be readjusted to the specified value after the test. 10.1.3 Seal inspection
a. Oil leakage inspection
During the factory inspection or within 15 minutes after the rated load test, check the hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, hydraulic motor, various oil pipe joints, swing mechanism and other joints and oil tanks. There must be no oil leakage. Inspection method: national joint hand model, daily measurement of moving joints. Requirements: For qualified products, tightening, adjustment, and replacement of parts are allowed to achieve no oil leakage; for first-class products, tightening and adjustment are allowed to achieve no oil leakage; for superior products, no adjustment is allowed. b. Leakage inspection
Check that there is no leakage at the engine water tank switch and water pipe joints; there should be no water seepage on the surface of the water tank, cylinder head, cylinder gasket and water pipe.
10.1.4 Appearance inspection

c. Check whether the doors and windows of the control room are tight, whether the appearance is flat, and there should be no flow marks or brush marks on the paint layer on the outer surface. 10.2 Type inspection
Pile frames shall be subject to type inspection in any of the following situations: a. Trial production and appraisal of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After the formal production of the product, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that affect product performance; c. When the product is resumed after three years of suspension; d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. In addition to the inspection of the items specified in Article 10.1, the type inspection shall also include the following items: 10.2.1 Determination of the mass and external dimensions of the pile frame. The measurement method can refer to the provisions of GB1334. 102.2 Dynamic load test
The test method and requirements are the same as those specified in Article 10.1.2, but the applied load is 110% of the rated value. 10.2.3 Static load test
a. The pile frame hoisting hammer winch mechanism and the pile (material) hoisting mechanism hoist 125% of the rated load, and stay for 15 minutes after 200mm off the ground, measure the sinking amount of the heavy object, and observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon. The time that the two loads stay in the air at the same time shall not be less than 5 minutes.
b For pile frames that can be equipped with vibrating pile hammers, the pile pulling operation is simulated with 125% of the pile pulling force. The load should be gradually increased to the maximum value. The duration when the load reaches the maximum value shall not exceed 5s. At this time, the lifting amount of the rear running wheel or rear outrigger of the pile frame shall not exceed 70mm.
10.2.4 Stability test
Test purpose: to test the anti-overturning stability of the pile frame. Requirements: The overturning moment caused by load, deadweight, counterweight, working device, and ground slope should be selected to test the most unfavorable state of the pile frame and the working state with the worst stability. According to the overturning moment calculated by the test, the stability coefficient under this state is calculated.
10.2.5 Determination of performance parameters of the whole machine
The performance parameter test items of the whole machine of Guijia are as followsa. Safety device inspection
The safety performance of the winch of the pile frame hoisting hammer winch mechanism and the pile (material) winch mechanism shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB13328, and other safety devices shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of this standard; b. Operation performance inspection
The manual operation force shall be inspected with a dynamometer, and the operation stroke shall be measured with a ruler; c. Self-standing performance inspection
After the pile frame is installed with the lifting device, the self-standing frame shall be carried out as required. During the lifting process, 1. Repeat once within the angle of 30° between the starting position and the ground before lifting the frame; 2. Determination of load lifting, lowering and rotation speed. When testing this project, each working condition must not be less than 5 cycles; 3. Determination of pile frame structure stress. 4. The weld defect inspection of the top pulley frame, column, leg and other welded parts of the pile frame shall be carried out in accordance with GB3323. 11 Sampling and judgment rules
Sampling rules
New products to be trial-produced shall be fully tested in accordance with the requirements of this standard. For pile frames that have been mass-produced, samples shall be taken from more than 3 products in the manufacturer for type inspection. If there are less than 3 products, type inspection shall not be carried out. 11.2 Judgment rules
11.2.1 Pile frames that have been fully tested in accordance with the requirements of this standard or pile frames that have been sampled for type inspection shall not be evaluated as qualified products if they have the following conditions:
a. The length of the column of the pile frame cannot stand up by itself within the range specified in this standard; b. The pressure loss of the hydraulic system at the rated flow exceeds 15% of the rated pressure of the system; c. The spot check of the welds of the pulley frame, column, leg and other parts of the pile frame top does not meet the requirements of this standard for qualified products.
11.2.2 For products that fail the inspection, re-inspection is allowed after 6 months. If they still fail, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products.
11.2.3 First-class products
The pile frame for first-class products shall meet the following conditions: a. The platform can rotate 360°;
b. It has self-shifting and walking devices;
cl. It can match more than two working devices. 11.2.4 Superior products
The pile frame for superior products shall meet one of the following conditions in addition to the conditions of first-class products: a. It shall have a rotating column or a double guide column; b. The pile frame with a single guide column shall have a lift. Note: crawler pile frames are excluded.
12 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
121 Marking
The pile frame shall be fixed with a metal sign in a conspicuous place, and its overall dimensions shall not be less than 150mm×200mm. The pile frame sign should indicate:
a. Manufacturer name,
b. Product name and model;
c. Overall dimensions (length × width × height);

12.2 Technical documents
When the pile frame leaves the factory, the manufacturer shall provide the following technical documents: a. Two copies of the product manual;
b. Product certificate of conformity;
c. Packing list;
d. List of main components, wearing parts and spare parts. 12.3 Packaging
The pile frame can be packed in bare, bundled and boxed forms. 12.3.1 Bare
The main body, columns, diagonal braces, top pulley blocks, lifting cage and other structural parts of the pile frame are packed bare. The diagonal brace screw rods should be waxed and partially wrapped. Wooden wedges are placed around the main body to pull the steel rope so that it cannot move forward and backward or rotate, ensuring that there is no smearing and wear during transportation.
12. 3.2 Bundled
Track plates and steel wire ropes are packed in bundles.
12.3.3 Boxed
The control room, reducer, hydraulic system and electrical system are packed in wooden boxes, and the packing boxes should be rainproof and moisture-proof. 12.4 Transportation
The transportation status of the vertebral frame should comply with the provisions in the product manual. 12.4. Trailer transportation

When the pile frame leaves the factory, the manufacturer shall provide the following technical documents: a. Two copies of the product manual;
b. Product certificate of conformity;
c. Packing list;
