It provides guidance for describing the manufacturer's ability to produce thermally sprayed components that meet the specified requirements. It can also serve as a basis for assessing the manufacturer's thermal spraying capabilities. This part applies when the manufacturer's ability to produce thermally sprayed components to the promised quality requirements is detailed in one or more of the following documents: - A contract signed by the parties concerned; - Adopted standards, Requirements of regulations. The requirements in this part can be adopted in full; if the relevant component is not applicable, the manufacturer may selectively delete some of them. These requirements provide an adaptable framework for thermal spraying control in the following circumstances: - Situations - When the contract requires When the manufacturer is required to have a quality system that complies with GB/T19001-1994 or GB/T19002--1994, the thermal spraying requirements in the contract shall be clearly provided. Case 2 When the contract requires the manufacturer to establish a quality system, the thermal spraying requirements in the contract shall be clearly provided. Case 3 When the adopted standard includes thermal spraying as part of its requirements, the thermal spraying requirements in the adopted standard shall be clearly provided: or the thermal spraying requirements shall be clearly specified in the contract signed by the relevant parties. 2 Normative references The provisions in the following documents become the provisions of this part through reference to this part of GB/T19352. For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. However, the parties to an agreement based on this part are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated referenced document, the latest version shall apply to this part.
