Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the type, size, basic parameters and technical requirements of TZL, TZS, TZLD and TZSD series coaxial cylindrical gear reducers. This standard applies to metallurgy, mining, energy, building materials, chemical industry and other industries. The peripheral speed of the reducer gear is not greater than 20 m/s, and forward and reverse rotation are allowed. The reducer is suitable for horizontal installation, and the output shaft is allowed to be installed tilted downward. The angle between the output shaft and the horizontal plane is not greater than 20°. The working environment temperature of the reducer is: -40~40℃. When it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting. TZLD and TZSD type reducer direct-coupled motors are Y series three-phase asynchronous four-pole motors.
