4.4.1 Material to be crushed (hereinafter referred to as material) HG/T2470-93
8. The particle size of the material shall comply with the provisions of feed particle size in Table 1 of 4.3, b. The moisture content of the material shall not exceed 3%.
C. Materials that do not meet the above two provisions shall be tested to determine whether they are applicable. 4.4.2 Working fluid
a. The working fluid should be dry and clean, with a water content of no more than 1g/Nm2 (excluding superheated steam); oil content of no more than 5mg/Nm; dust content of no more than 5mg/Nm2.
b. The pressure should remain stable during operation, and the fluctuation range should not exceed 0.03MPa. 4.4.3 Supporting equipment

The design and manufacture of the pulverizer shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.6 Materials
4.6.1 The inner lining of the nozzle seat ring, upper cover, lower cover, jet feeder and discharge pipe of the pulverizer can be made of engineering ceramics, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, stainless steel, alloy steel, high-quality carbon steel, etc., depending on the different materials to be pulverized, or the surface of the parts in contact with the material can be sprayed (or welded) with hard alloy.
4.6.2 The nozzle of the pulverizer can be made of stainless steel, alloy steel, tool steel, high-quality carbon steel and engineering ceramics, etc. 4.6.3 When using high-temperature gas (superheated steam, hot air, etc.) as the working medium, the material's decomposition performance and the sealing of the parts connection must be considered.
4.7 Purchased parts
4.7.1 The operating valve should be flexible and leak-free. 4.7.2 The control and measuring instruments should be sensitive and accurate within the adjustment range. 5 Manufacturing and assembly
5.1 Appearance quality
. The non-machined surface should not have appearance defects such as nodules, depressions and pores. b. The non-machined outer surface of stainless steel should be polished or pickled and passivated. c. For parts with painted (or sprayed with powder coating), the paint layer or powder coating layer should be firmly bonded, the surface should be flat, smooth and of uniform color.
d. The weld seam of welded parts should be flat and smooth, and slag and spatter should be removed. 5.2 Main components
. The dimensional tolerance grade of the nozzle throat diameter shall not be lower than IT12 grade in GB1800. b. The inner surface roughness of metal nozzles shall not exceed Ra1.6μm; the inner surface roughness of non-metallic nozzles shall not exceed Ra3.2um. c The axis of each nozzle installation hole in the seat ring should be located in the same plane, and the parallelism of the axis relative to the reference plane for a length of 100mm from the exit of the hole should not exceed 0.5mm
d. The dimensional tolerance grade of the diameter of the grading circle in the crushing chamber shall not be lower than IT11 grade in GB1800, and the standard is HG/T2470-93
e. The working surface of the lining shall not have defects such as cracks, pores, slag inclusions, and gaps. The hardness of the corundum lining shall not be less than HRA85.
When the surface of a part is sprayed with cemented carbide, the tungsten carbide content of the spray layer shall not be less than 45%; the surface hardness of the spray layer shall not be less than HRC50
h. The hardness of the polyurethane lining shall not be less than Shore (A) 95.1 The polytetrafluoroethylene lining shall comply with the provisions of HG2-538 and HG2-539. 5.3 Water pressure test
The working fluid storage and distribution components of the pulverizer must be subjected to a water pressure test (non-welded parts are not required). 5.4 Air tightness test
After the pulverizer is assembled, the entire machine must be subjected to an air tightness test. 5.5. Material experiment
When testing the material of the crusher, calcite powder (purity not less than 99%) is used as the calibration material to determine its processing capacity and the particle size of the finished product. 5.6 Noise
When the crusher is working normally, the noise (sound power level) should not be greater than 80dB (A). 5.7 Life
Under normal working conditions, the calibration material calcite powder is crushed with a crusher equipped with corundum lining (must comply with the relevant data in Table 1 of 4.3). The working life of the crusher (excluding the replacement of wearing parts) is not less than 6000h. 6 Test method
6.1 The supporting equipment (including various requirements for working fluids) must have various quality certification documents provided by the manufacturer. 6.2 The particle size of the feed material and the finished product shall be tested by sieving, sedimentation or resistance change measurement; the moisture content of the material shall be measured by a moisture meter.
6.3 Materials and purchased parts must have a quality guarantee.6.4 Visual quality measurement of appearance,
6.5 Measurement of main parts.
6.5.1 The nozzle throat diameter shall be measured by a standard core rod calibrated regularly by the metrology department,6.5.2 The roughness of the inner surface of the nozzle shall be determined by comparison with a sample block6.5.3. The parallelism measurement method of the axis of each nozzle installation hole in the seat ring: put the seat ring on the flat plate, insert the standard mandrel regularly calibrated by the metrology department into the nozzle installation hole, and measure the parallelism of the axis of each nozzle installation hole ten by ten.

In addition to the quality certificate provided by the manufacturer, the surface quality of the working surface is visually determined. 6.5.6. The hardness of the corundum lining is measured by a Rockwell hardness tester, and the surface hardness of the carbide spray layer is measured by a Rockwell hardness tester. 6.5.8. The hardness of the polyurethane lining is measured by a Rockwell hardness tester. 6.5.9. The quality certificate of the polytetrafluoroethylene lining is provided by the manufacturer. 6.6 Water pressure test
It shall be carried out at 1.25 times of the design pressure (including using superheated steam or other compressed gas as the working fluid), and the pressure shall be maintained for 30 minutes. No leakage and abnormal noise are allowed.
6.7 Air tightness test method

Under the design pressure, use soap solution or other leakage inspection liquid to check the sealing surfaces of the grinder. No leakage is allowed. When the air tightness test of the pulverizer is carried out, it is also necessary to check whether there is negative pressure at the feed port of the jet feeder. If there is no negative pressure, the position of the feed nozzle in the jet feeder must be adjusted or other relevant measures must be taken. 6.8 Material test method
Calcite powder is used as the calibration material. Under various working conditions (except the finished product particle size) that meet the requirements of Table 1 in 4.3 and Article 4.4, the pulverizer is subjected to material test. The normal operation time is not less than 20 minutes. The particle size of the calcite powder after crushing should not be greater than 20um (ds or d). 6.9 The determination of pulverizer noise shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3768. 6.10 The assessment method for the life of the pulverizer is user visit or quality tracking of the manufacturing unit. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Each crusher shall be inspected and certified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the standards and relevant technical documents before it can be shipped
7.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 4.6~4.7, 5.1~5.4 and 5.6. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 The product shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following situations: a. When a new product is trial-produced, finalized or identified; b. When the design, process or key materials are changed and may affect its performance; c. When production is resumed after being suspended for more than one year; d. When the national quality supervision department proposes to conduct type inspection. 7.2.2 In addition to the contents of Article 7.1.2, the type inspection items shall also be carried out in accordance with the contents of Articles 5.5 and 5.6. 7.2.3 Sampling method
Each type inspection shall be sampled from the qualified products of the factory inspection. The number of samples shall not be less than 10%, and at least one unit shall be sampled. 7.2.4 Judgment rules
If there are unqualified items in the sampled samples, the batch of products shall be doubled and the unqualified items shall be rechecked. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified products.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
