Disc harrows should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The basic parameters of disc harrows should comply with the provisions of JB/T6279.1. 3.1.32
During operation and transportation, all fasteners should be firm and reliable, and parts that are easy to loosen automatically should be equipped with anti-loosening devices. 3.1.4bzxZ.net
The bearing group of the disc target group should preferably use rolling bearings, and the lubricating oil capacity of its structure should be able to ensure the use of one operating season. 3.1.5 The operating surface of parts and components operated by hand should be smooth, without burrs and sharp edges. 3.2 Performance
3.2.1 Under the conditions that the moisture content of loam or clay is 15% to 25% and the slip rate of the tractor drive wheel (left and right) is not more than 20% when the unit is operating, the tillage quality of the disc target should meet the requirements of Table 1. The indicators in the table are measured according to JB/T6279.3. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 10, 1992, and implemented on July 1, 1993

Product reliability
The effectiveness (reliability in use) and workload before the first failure of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

During the whole process of reliability in use assessment, the traction (suspension) frame, frame, rake group beam, transportation mechanism, and rake blade should not be damaged, permanently deformed, rolled or brittle in normal operation. 3.3.3 The assessment work volume of the reliability of use: the disc pads of small tractors below 18kW (including 18kW) shall be no less than 40ha per meter of pads; the disc pads of large and medium-sized tractors above 18kW shall be no less than 60ha per meter of pads. 3.3.4 The first failure refers to the first damage of non-main parts and components of the whole machine (except for wearing parts), and the damage of the parts will affect the normal operation of the whole machine. 3.4 The target blade should be made of 65 calcium steel plate with performance not lower than that specified in GB699, GB710 and GB711. The target blade should be heat treated and its hardness should be 38~48HRC. However, the hardness range of the same product variety is 7 degrees. The test steps for the pass rate of the hardness point of a single bah piece are as follows:

3.4.3 Bah piece cutting edge thickness: When the thickness of the bah piece is less than or equal to 5 mm, the cutting edge thickness should not be greater than 0.8 mm; when the thickness of the bah piece is greater than 5 mm, the cutting edge thickness should not be greater than 1.0 mm. 2

3.4.5 The edge of the target blade should be incomplete: when the diameter of the target blade is less than 550 (560) mm, the depth should not be greater than 1.5 mm and the length should not be greater than 15 mm; when the diameter of the target blade is equal to or greater than 550 (560) mm, the depth should not be greater than 2.0 mm and the length should not be greater than 20 mm; the distance between the two places should be no less than 150 mm, and there should be no more than three places on the same target blade. 3.4.6 The surface of the concave surface of the target blade. When using a sample to inspect a curved surface, the local gap between the concave surface and the sample: the gap of the target blade with a diameter less than 550 (560) mm should not be greater than 3 mm; the gap of the target blade with a diameter equal to or greater than 550 (560) mm should not be greater than 4.5 mm. 3.4.7 Flatness of the outer edge of the blade. When the blade is placed on the platform for inspection, the local gap between the edge of the blade and the platform: the gap should not be greater than 4mm when the blade diameter is less than 550 (560) mm; the gap should not be greater than 5mm when the blade diameter is equal to or greater than 550 (560) mm. 3.4.8 The runout around the blade edge should comply with the requirements of Table 3. 3.4.9The local wrinkles on the blade edge should not exceed three. The local wrinkle value should be measured in the normal direction and its value should not exceed 0.3% of the diameter of the target. 3.4.10The coaxiality of the outer circle of the target with the square hole should not exceed Φ3mm. 3.4.11
There should be no cracks on the surface of the target.
3.4.12The factory-made target should be printed with a trademark. The trademark should be correct and clear. 3.5 Square shaft
3.5.1 Square shafts shall be made of Q275 steel not lower than that specified in GB700 and GB702. 3.5.2 The straightness of square shafts shall not be greater than 1000:2, but the straightness within the length of 230mm shall not be greater than 1mm. The coaxiality between the square shaft head and the square shaft shall not be greater than Φ1.5mm. The coaxiality between the threaded part and the square shaft shall not be greater than Φ1mm. 3.5.3 The threaded part of the square shaft shall comply with the provisions of ordinary coarse thread in GB192.GB193.GB196 and GB197, and its tolerance zone code is 6g. The thread tail is not allowed to have a back-cut groove. 3.6 Hooking pin
Hooking pins shall be made of 45 steel not lower than that specified in GB699 and GB702. 3.6.1
The working surface of the hooking pin shall be heat treated, and the hardness shall be 3545HRC. 3.6.3
The hitch pin should not have cracks and burrs.
3.7 Transport wheel
The transport wheel axle should be made of 45 round steel specified in GB699 and GB702. The working surface of the transport wheel axle should be heat treated with a hardness of 35~45HRC. Rubber tires should be used for transport wheels.
3.8 Hydraulic cylinder
3.8.1 Single-acting hydraulic cylinders should comply with the provisions of JB5122. 3.8.2 Double-acting hydraulic cylinders should comply with the provisions of JB5123. 3.9 Rake
3.9.1 The target rack should preferably use a rigid target rack welded with a rectangular or square steel pipe with performance not lower than that specified in GB3094. 3.9.2
The weld size of the target rack should meet the requirements of the drawing, the welding place should be firm, and the weld should not have defects such as pores, undercuts, clamps, cracks, and wood welds that affect the strength.

3.9.3 The target rack should be straight after welding, and the flatness of its installation surface should not be greater than 200:1. 3.10
After the target group is assembled, the target piece should not be loose. The bearing should rotate flexibly. After the target group is assembled and adjusted, the runout around the target piece should meet the requirements of Table 4. Table 4

3.10.3 For target groups with notched target pieces, the notches of adjacent target pieces should be installed staggered. 3.11
Technical requirements for complete machine assembly
During the complete machine assembly inspection, the parts and components should not be modified. 3.11.1
All fasteners must be firm and should not be loose. The adjustment mechanism should be flexible and reliable, and the handle operating force should not exceed 150N. End face runout
The deflection angle of the rake group should be adjustable, and its adjustment range should comply with the provisions of JB/T6279.1, and its tolerance is ±2°. The gap between the working edge of the scraper and the concave surface of the cake sheet should comply with the provisions of Table 5. Table 5

The rake group should rotate flexibly and without obstruction. When the whole machine is lifted, the torque required to rotate the target group is not more than 55Nm. The hydraulic oil system should be subjected to pressure resistance test according to relevant national standards, and the seal should not leak oil. The radial runout and end face runout of the rubber transport wheel for traction or semi-suspension cakes should not exceed 5mm. The transportation clearance of cakes should comply with the provisions of JB/T6279.1. Each lubrication part should be filled with lubricant. The friction surface and threaded part should be coated with anti-rust oil. Appearance requirements
Before painting, the rust layer, welding slag, exposed skin, sticky sand, burrs, oil stains and dust on the surface of parts and components should be removed, and then anti-rust primer should be applied, and then topcoat should be applied.
The paint should meet the requirements of JB/T5673, the surface should be uniform, and there should be no paint leakage, peeling and flaking. There should be no paint leakage greater than 2cm*/m in width, and the paint film adhesion should not be lower than level 2 in two places and level 3 in one place: Metal surfaces in contact with soil and metal surfaces that are not exposed after assembly can only be painted with primer. 3.12.3
Inspection rules
Before each round cake leaves the factory, it should be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory with a product quality certificate. When the round cake is mass-produced, a type test should be carried out every five years according to the full content of this standard JB/T6279.2-92
4.3 When the ordering unit samples the product, it should be carried out according to the provisions of GB2828. The sampling batch and qualified quality level shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5 Labels, packaging, purchase and transportation, and storage
5.1 Labels
5.1.1 There should be a product label in a conspicuous position on the round cake, and its contents include: a. Manufacturer name;
b. Product model and name;
c. Product manufacturing number;
d. Product ex-factory date.
5.1.2 The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 5.2 Packaging
5.2.1 Disc harrows are shipped from the factory as assembled parts (unless otherwise agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer). 5.2.2 The packaging should be firm and reliable to ensure that they are not lost during transportation. 5.3 Random accessories
5.3.1 Technical documents
The technical documents should include the following:
Instruction manual;
List of random spare parts and tools (including the part agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer); c.
Packing list;
d. Product quality certificate;
Usage questionnaire.
5.3.2 Spare parts and tools.
5.4.1 Disc harrows should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse and should not be lost, rusted or deformed. 5.4.2 During transportation, they must be covered with a awning to prevent sun and rain. 5.5 Storage
When the round cake is out of use for a long time, it should be maintained and repaired, the attached waste should be removed, and sun protection, rain protection and rust prevention measures should be taken. 6 Quality assurance period
If the user complies with the provisions of the product instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, within two years from the date of the user's delivery, if the product is damaged or cannot operate normally due to manufacturing quality reasons, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement (except wearing parts).
