The milling cutter surface shall not have defects such as scratches and rust that affect the performance. 4.2 The main surface roughness of the cutter shall be as follows: a) Front and back of the blade: R, 3.2μm; b) Outer surface of the handle: R. 0.8μm. 4.3 The position tolerance of the milling cutter shall be as specified in Table 2.
