a) When a new product or product is put into production;
Product Partner Network
GB/T 17000—2009
When there are major changes in materials, processes, and formulations, and the impact on product performance is assessed; b)
When assessing product quality stability during normal production, periodically or after accumulating a certain amount of production; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d)
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the first type inspection result; e
[)When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.3 Factory Inspection
Factory inspection is conducted on a batch-by-batch basis. Factory inspection items include anti-counterfeiting strength (see 5.1.1) and appearance quality (see 5.2.1) product specifications (see 5.2.2), 7. 4 Sampling plan and qualified judgment
a) The sampling plan for F-inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the normal inspection one-time sampling plan with general inspection level II in (B/T2828.1). The qualified quality level (AQL) shall take different values according to the nature of the defects on the inspection day. For the inspection items that may cause serious defects, the AQL value shall be 1.5, and for the inspection items with minor defects, the AQL value shall be 6.5. The sampling plan for type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T28294--normal inspection one-time sampling plan with general inspection level I. RQIb
According to the qualified judgment number and unqualified judgment number specified in the sampling plan, the qualification of each indicator shall be determined respectively. If they meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be determined to be qualified; otherwise, the batch of products shall be determined to be unqualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety measures 8.1 Marking
