Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 6713-1993 Technology Specification for Cleanliness of Tractor Hydraulic System Published on July 29, 1993 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on January 1, 1994 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technology Specification for Cleanliness of Tractor Hydraulic System Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the technology specification for cleanliness of hydraulic system of agricultural tractor. This standard is applicable to hydraulic system of agricultural tractor. 2 Technology Specification for Cleanliness of Tractor Hydraulic System 2.1 Casting Cleaning a. Use shot blasting cleaning method; b. Use electro-hydraulic cleaning method. 2.2 Deburring of parts 2.2.1 Deburring methods JB/T 6713-1993 a. Vibration deburring: Use ceramic abrasive blocks on a vibration finishing machine to deburr small steel parts, such as oil pump gears, small shafts and valve stems (cores). b. Plane deburring: Use a disc-shaped nylon brush. Applicable to deburring the surface of the oil pump housing, pump cover, side plate and valve body. c. External deburring: Use an external deburring machine. Applicable to deburring shaft parts, such as valve stems and piston rods. d. Inner hole deburring: Use nylon brushes of different specifications or flexible hole grinders with electric tools, which are suitable for deburring the inner holes of parts, oil pump housing holes and bearing holes. eManual deburring: Some parts of the parts cannot be mechanically deburred, and manual deburring can be used, such as threaded holes. Electrochemical deburring: For example, deburring the edge of the gear tooth profile end face of the oil pump. f. Deburring process arrangement a. Between processes; b. After all mechanical processing processes. Parts cleaning and rust prevention Before finishing and after a certain process, such as before grinding, after tapping and after grinding, the parts should be cleaned between processes. 2.3.1 2.3.2All parts should be cleaned, dried, and treated with rust prevention before storage, and dust prevention measures should be taken. Other parts that have not been cleaned should be cleaned and dried before assembly. 2.3.3 Rust prevention of oil pipes and oil tank parts should be treated with zinc passivation or phosphating. 2.3.4 2.3.5The non-machined surface of the casting should be coated with an oil-resistant coating. 2.4 Hydraulic parts assembly The dust fall in the hydraulic parts assembly workshop for 24 hours should not exceed 100mg/m2.2.5 Hydraulic parts factory test Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 29, 1993 Implemented on January 1, 1994 JB/T6713-1993 The solid particle contamination level of the hydraulic oil used for the test shall not be higher than 19/162.6 Packaging and storage of hydraulic parts When packaging, all exposed threaded parts should be protected by plastic sleeves, and the oil ports should be sealed with plastic plugs. 2.6.1 The packaging should be dust-proof and moisture-proof. Hydraulic parts should be stored in a dry warehouse without corrosive gases and should not be stored in the open air. 2.6.3 2.7 Hydraulic system cleaning 2.7.1 After the tractor hydraulic system is assembled, the hydraulic system should be cleaned. 2.7.2 Requirements for cleaning fluid The same brand of oil used in the tractor hydraulic system should be used as the cleaning fluid, and the solid particle contamination level of the cleaning fluid should be lower than 19/16. Cleaning method Use power to drive the oil pump of the hydraulic system to circulate the cleaning fluid with a temperature of 50±10℃ in the hydraulic system. And turn the valve control handle several times to make the cylinder (motor) achieve full stroke lifting (operation), and the cleaning time should be no less than 10 minutes. 2.7.4 Work after cleaning the hydraulic system Discharge all the cleaning fluid; Replace or clean the oil filter in the hydraulic system; b. Add new hydraulic oil, and the solid particle contamination level of the new hydraulic oil shall not be higher than 19/16. c. Additional Notes: This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Tractor Standardization. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Luoyang Tractor Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. This standard was drafted by the Luoyang Tractor Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafter of this standard is Li Zunrong.
