Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System 1 General 1.0.1 This specification is formulated to unify the construction, acceptance standards and testing methods of ventilation and air-conditioning engineering, to achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and practicality, and to ensure the quality of the engineering. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the construction and acceptance of ventilation and air-conditioning engineering for industrial and civil buildings. The main materials, equipment, finished products and semi-finished products used in ventilation and air-conditioning engineering should be products produced according to standards and have factory inspection certificates. Non-standard products processed for engineering should also have quality inspection certificates and should comply with the provisions of relevant national mandatory standards. 1.0.4 Ventilation and air-conditioning engineering must be constructed according to the approved design drawings. Modifications to the design should be accompanied by a change notice or visa from the design unit. 1.0.5 Parts not included in this specification and with special requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the current relevant technical standards or design requirements. 1.0.6 Ventilation and air-conditioning engineering shall be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures and cooperate with civil engineering and other professional works; after the completion of civil engineering related to ventilation and air-conditioning systems, it shall be jointly inspected by the construction or general contracting, supervision, design and construction units.
