3 Test equipment, instruments and their requirements
3.1 Test room
The test room should be able to control temperature and wind speed, and should be equipped with a tractor drive shaft or power output shaft loading device. 3.2 Test instruments and measurement accuracy
JB/T6001-1992
a. 8 dry-bulb thermometers with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5℃. 7 of them are used to measure the temperature in the cab; 1 is used to measure the ambient temperature around the cab.
b 2 wet-bulb thermometers with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5℃. 1 of them is used to measure the humidity in the cab, and 1 is used to measure the ambient humidity.
c. The wind speed meter has a measurement accuracy of ±3%. It is used to measure the air velocity outside the tractor. d. The tachometer has a measurement accuracy of ±0.5%. It is used to measure the engine speed. e. One pressure gauge, measuring accuracy is ±1%. Used to measure the refrigerant pressure at the inlet and outlet of the compressor. f. Two pressure gauges, measuring accuracy is ±2%. Used to measure the items specified in Article 5.2b. g. The measuring accuracy of the voltmeter is ±2%.
h, the measuring accuracy of the stopwatch is ±0.2s.
4 Test conditions
4.1 The test is carried out on the tractor, and necessary adjustments can be made according to the manufacturer's regulations. 4.2 The measurement of the ambient temperature and wind speed in the test room should be carried out in a place not affected by the tractor, at the same height as the air inlet of the cab, and the ambient temperature of the test room should be 35 ± 1℃ or other specified ambient temperature; the wind speed is 1~3m/s, and the wind direction is the head-on direction. 4.3 The determination of the driver's seat marking point shall be in accordance with GB6236, and the temperature measurement position in the cab is shown in the figure. 4.4 During the test, the driver is not in the cab. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 28, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993

5.1 Before the test, the environmental conditions must be stabilized. When the air conditioning system is not working, the engine should be loaded through the tractor drive shaft or power output shaft to operate at the calibrated operating conditions for at least 120 minutes. The doors and windows of the cab should be closed. 5.2 After completing Article 5.1, during the test, the engine continues to operate at the calibrated operating conditions, the doors and windows of the cab are closed, and the air conditioning system should be adjusted to the maximum cooling condition recommended by the manufacturer. Starting from the connection of the cooling system, the following measurements are made: a: Dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures and wind speed of the test room environment. b. Measure the air pressure in the cab according to the provisions of the air pressure measurement method for agricultural and forestry tractor cabs. c: Measure the refrigerant pressure at the compressor inlet and outlet joints. d. Measure the test voltage of the compressor clutch and the fan. e. Measure the dry bulb temperature of points 1 to 7 and the wet bulb temperature of point 5 every 5 minutes, and record the average dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature of each point in the test report. The test can be terminated until the average temperature difference of three consecutive measurements is less than 0.5℃, or the test reaches 1 hour from the first measurement.
5.3 Calculate the temperature drop in the cab
The difference between the average ambient temperature and the average wet bulb temperature when the cab reaches stability is the temperature drop in the cab. 6 Test report
