According to user requirements, they can also be made of high-strength steel, and the hardness of the effective part is not less than 62HKC. 5 Performance test objects 5.1 For batches of hexagonal dies, each batch shall be subjected to reverse scratching performance sampling test. 5.2 Test conditions The hexagonal dies of this type shall be tested in accordance with the relevant round tooth standards. 5.3 Evaluation of test results After the test, the hexagonal dies shall not have scalloped edges or obvious blunting, and shall maintain their original performance. The thread accuracy of the test piece shall meet the thread accuracy marked on the hexagonal die, and the surface roughness R of the thread shall be 25um.
