4 Machine tool accuracy
4.1 Brief description
QB/T1625—1992
4.1.1 The order of accuracy inspections listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the disassembly and inspection of the machine tool, the inspection can be carried out in any order.
4.1.2 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be calculated according to the measurable length in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.2.1 of JB/T4171, and the minimum calculated value is 0.01 mm. 4.1.3 Refer to Article 3.1 of JB/T4171 to adjust the installation level of the machine tool, place the level in the middle of the worktable, and its longitudinal and transverse readings shall not exceed 0.10/1000.

Measure the width of the sample groove on the position shown in the figure with a caliper. The maximum difference is the average error value of the sample width. Note: For hard miscellaneous wood with a moisture content not exceeding 15%, the straightness of the reference surface of the blank material with a size of 600mm×70mm×50mm shall not exceed 0.20 over a length of 1000mm.
