The products should be easy to clean and disinfect. The preheater shall be subjected to pressure test, and the test pressure is 0.15MPa. 4.11 5 Test method 5.1 Processing capacity Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1s to measure the time required to process 1t of material, and then convert it into 1h of processing capacity, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 Unit steam consumption Use the condensed water weighing method to measure the steam consumption per unit time, and then compare it with the processing capacity per unit time, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 Pressure test Perform according to the provisions of Article 10.9.4 of GB150, the test pressure is 0.15MPa, and there is no leakage when visually observed. 5.4 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, hand touch, roughness sample, etc. 6 Inspection rules Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. according to the requirements of Articles 4.1 to 4.11. 6.1.3 Products may only leave the factory after passing the inspection, and shall be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. 6.2 Type inspection QB/T 1702.5—1993 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. a. After the trial production of new products is completed or the old products are transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; once every three years during normal production; When the product is suspended for a long time and then resumed; When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection6.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting one of the products that have passed the factory inspection, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. Type inspection is conducted in the user unit. 6.2.3 Judgment rules If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted.
