This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1--2009. GB/T21010-2017
This standard replaces GB/T21010-2007. Land use status classification: Compared with GB/T21010-2007, the main technical changes are as follows except for editorial changes:
The scope has been expanded to include "approval, supply, regulation, law enforcement" and other contents: The chapter "normative reference documents" has been deleted. The general provisions have been expanded to include "ecological civilization construction", "guaranteeing no duplication or omission, and no composite use" and other contents! The number of secondary categories has been changed to 73. The secondary categories have been coded with two-digit Arabic numerals: "cultivated land, forest land, public management and public service land, special land, transportation land, water area and water conservancy facilities land" have been improved. The meaning of the first-level categories:
Improved the meaning of the second-level categories such as "irrigated land", "shrub land", "natural pasture", "other grassland", "business and financial land", "other commercial and service land", "industrial land", "mining land", "warehousing land", "urban residential land", "parks and green space", "supervision and teaching land", "scenic facilities land", "highway land", "rural roads", "airport land", "port and wharf land", "river water surface", "reservoir water surface", "ditch firewood", "swamp", "vacant land", "facility agricultural land", and "field ridge". The original name of "public facility land" was adjusted to "public facility land". The original "forested land" was subdivided into "arbor forest land", "bamboo forest land", "mangrove land" and "forest swamp". The original "wholesale and retail land" was subdivided into "retail commercial land" and "wholesale market land". The original "accommodation and catering land" was subdivided into "catering The original "land for science and education" was subdivided into "land for education" and "land for scientific research". The original "land for medical and charity" was subdivided into "land for medical and health" and "land for social welfare". The original "land for culture, sports and entertainment" was subdivided into "land for cultural facilities", "land for sports" and "land for entertainment". The original "land for railway" was subdivided into "land for railway" and "land for rail transit". The original "land for streets and lanes" was subdivided into "land for urban and rural roads" and "land for transportation service stations". The original "bare land" was subdivided into "bare land" and "bare rock and gravel land". "Rubber garden", "swamp", "swamp grassland" and "salt pan" were added, which were separated from "other gardens", "shrub forest land", "natural grassland" and "mining land". In Appendix A, "reservoir water surface" was adjusted from "land for construction" to "land for agriculture". Appendix B\wetland classification table was added. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Land and Resources.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Land and Resources (SAC/TC93). Classification of current land use
This standard specifies the general principles, classification and coding of the current land use status GB/T21010—2017
This standard is applicable to land survey, planning, approval, supply, regulation, law enforcement, evaluation, statistics, registration and information management. When using this standard, land use types can also be further divided based on this classification as needed. 2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1
Coverage (coverage) coverdegreecoveragerate The percentage of the vertical projection area of vegetation on a certain area to the total area 2.2
Canopy densitycrown density The ratio of the vertical projection area of the canopy (the branches and leaves of trees are called the canopy) to the forest area 2.3
Land use (land use) landutilization; landuse The process by which humans use the attributes of the land to meet their needs through certain activities. 3 General provisions
3.1 Implement unified management of land and urban and rural land administration throughout the country, scientifically divide land use types, clarify the meaning of each type of land use, unify land survey and statistical classification standards, and rationally plan and use land: 3.2 Maintain the scientific, practical, open and inherited nature of land use classification to meet the needs of formulating national economic and social development plans, macro-control, ecological civilization construction and national resource management. 3.3 Mainly based on factors such as land use mode, purpose, management characteristics and coverage characteristics, the land use types are summarized and divided according to the main purpose to ensure that there is no duplication or dissatisfaction, no complex use, and reflect the basic status of land use, but it does not divide the management scope of the department. 4 Classification and coding method
4.1 The classification of land use status adopts a two-level classification system of primary and secondary levels, with a total of 12 primary categories and 73 secondary categories. 4.2 The classification of land use status adopts digital coding. Both the first and second levels are coded with two Arabic numerals, representing the first and second levels from left to right.
5 Classification and coding of land use status
