I 1 ScopebZxz.net Standards of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Management guide for tooling designProof rule for tooling This standard applies to the verification of mechanical manufacturing process equipment (tooling). 2 Purpose of tooling verification 2.1 Ensure that the parts and components of the manufactured products meet the design quality requirements. 2.2 Ensure that the tooling meets the process requirements. 2.3 Verify the reliability, rationality and safety of the tooling to ensure the smooth progress of product production. 3 Scope of tooling verification Verification is required for any of the following situations: a) Tooling designed and manufactured for the first time; b) Tooling that has been significantly modified; c) Large, complex and precise tooling that is copied. 4 Tool verification basis a) Product parts and components drawings and technical requirements; b) Process regulations; JB/T9167.51998 Replaces JB/Z283.5-87 c) Tool design task book, tool drawings, tool manufacturing process, general technical conditions and tool use instructions. 5 Types of tool verification 5.1 According to the site: fixed site verification and on-site verification. 5.1.1 Fixed site verification refers to the preparation of product parts and components in advance according to the drawings and process requirements, and then simulated verification on fixed equipment. Generally applicable to the verification of various molds. Fixed site verification can be carried out in the tool manufacturing department. 5.1.2 On-site verification refers to the test processing of the tool at the site of use. On-site verification must be carried out in the tool use workshop. On-site verification is divided into two situations: a) Pre-test processing according to product parts and components drawings and process requirements; b) Tool verification and process verification are carried out at the same time. 5.2 According to the complexity of the tooling, it is divided into: key verification, general verification and simple verification. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on November 20, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998 JB/T9167.51998 5.2.1 Key verification is used for the verification of large, complex, precision and key tooling. Key verification tooling can be included in the process specifications and related process documents only after it is verified. 5.2.2 General verification is used for tooling of general complexity. General verification tooling can be included in the process specifications and related process documents before tooling verification. 5.2.3 Simple verification is used for simple tooling. When the experience and technical conditions of tooling design and manufacturing can guarantee the process requirements, it is generally not necessary to conduct separate verification of product parts and components as physical objects. Simple verification can be carried out through methods such as first-piece inspection during production. 6 Contents of tooling verification 6.1 Relationship between tooling and equipment Overall dimensions, total weight, connection parts, structural dimensions, accuracy, clamping position, loading and unloading, convenient operation, safe use, etc. of tooling. 6.2 Relationship between tooling and workpiece Accuracy of tooling, clamping and positioning conditions, factors affecting the quality of workpiece, etc. 6.3 Relationship between tooling and process Test benchmark, machining allowance, cutting amount, etc. 7 Tooling verification procedure Verification plan—→Verification preparation—→Verification process—→Verification judgment—→Verification processing—→Verification conclusion 7.1 Verification plan 7.1.1: Basis for preparing tooling verification plan a) Requirements for tooling verification in process documents; b) Completion status of tooling manufacturing; c) Production schedule of product vapor parts; d) Tooling verification plan within the production plan. 7.1.2 The tool verification plan shall be determined and implemented by the production department. 7.2 Verification preparation 7.2.1 The process department shall provide the process documents and related information for verification, and propose the materials and quotas required for verification. 7.2.2 The production department shall be responsible for issuing the verification plan. 7.2.3 The supply department or production department shall be responsible for preparing the verification material plan. 7.2.4 The tool manufacturing department shall be responsible for the preparation of the tooling and tools to be verified. 7.2.5 The verification unit shall be responsible for receiving the verification materials and verification equipment, and arranging operators. 7.2.6 The inspection unit shall be responsible for preparing the verification tooling inspection. 7.3 Verification process 7.3.1 The production department shall be responsible for organizing, coordinating and implementing the verification. 7.3.2 The cost required for verification shall be amortized into the tooling cost at one time. 7.3.3 The consumption of verification shall not be included in the various economic indicators of the enterprise under assessment. 7.4 Verification judgment 7.4.1 After the verified tooling is used in the process according to the pre-specified number of trials, its reliability, safety and convenience of use shall be judged. JB/T9167.5 7.4.2 The parts and components of the product shall be verified according to the specified number of pieces to determine their qualified rate. 7.5 Verification processing 7.5.1 For the tooling that has passed the verification, the inspector shall fill in the "Tooling Verification Certificate" and the tooling shall be put into storage after being countersigned by the participating units. 7.5.2 For the tooling that has failed the verification, the inspector shall fill in the "Tooling Verification Certificate" and return it for repair after countersigning, and it shall be marked with the words "verification after repair" or "no verification after repair". 7.5.3 "Tooling Verification Certificate" See Appendix A (Suggested Appendix) 8 Tooling Verification Conclusion 8.1 Verification is qualified: It fully meets the requirements of product design and process documents, and the tooling can be put into production and use. 8.2 Verification is basically qualified: Although the tooling does not fully meet the requirements of product design and process documents, it does not affect the use or needs to be improved, and it is still allowed to be put into production. 8.3 Verification is unqualified: The tooling needs to be repaired. It can only be put into production after verification. 8.4 Verification scrapped: The product quality cannot be guaranteed due to tooling design or manufacturing problems, and the tooling shall not be put into production. 9 Modification of tooling 9.1 The design is unreasonable, and the tooling designer shall modify the design after receiving the tooling verification certificate. 9.2 Manufacturing is unqualified, and the tooling manufacturing department shall repair or copy it after receiving the tooling verification certificate. 3 JB/T9167.5 A1 Format of tool verification certificate The format of tool verification certificate is shown in Table A1: Product model Parts drawing number Tool number User unit Certification record Revision opinions, JB/T9167.51998 【Prompt attachment】 Tool verification certificate Appendix A Process equipment verification certificate Product name Parts name Tool name Equipment used Process name File number: (99-)8 Filling in process equipment verification certificate Process equipment See Table A2 for filling in the verification form: Blank (1)~(4) (5)~(10) (12) (14)(19) JB/T9167.5 Fill in according to the provisions of the product design drawing and be consistent with the content of the tooling design task book Fill in the actual accuracy after verification or the verification diagram according to the specified verification items one by oneFill in the repair content and comments after verification Fill in the verification conclusion of qualified, basically qualified, unqualified, and scrapped after verificationThe unit and signature of the verification organizer and participants, and indicate the date6 People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard Guidelines for the Design Management of Process Equipment Rules for the Verification of Process Equipment JB/T9167.5 Published by the Mechanical Science Research Institute Printed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute (No. 2, Shouti South Road, Beijing Format 880×1230 Postal Code 100044) Print Sheet X/X Number of Words XXX,XXX Edition X, XX, 19XX Printing X, XX, 19XX Number of Prints 1 Price XXx.xX Yuan Mechanical Industry Standards Service Network: 8661 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
