National Standard of the People's Republic of China Uneven bars This standard applies to uneven bars for gymnastics competition and ordinary practice. Bars This standard refers to the 1979 International Gymnastics Federation gymnastics equipment standard. 1 Product classification 1.1 The types of uneven bars are divided into the following according to their usage: a. Competition type uneven bars, Ordinary practice type uneven bars. 1.2 The basic size parameters shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. The color of spray paint or baking paint is consistent and without bubbles, paint streaks, wrinkles and dirty spots 3.1 Specifications and dimensions are measured with vernier calipers, tape measures or special rulers with the same indication error. 3.2 Determination of the elastic force of the bar surface Ordinary practice type a. The wooden bar surface is round and smooth, without cracks or decay. The initial tension of the two bars should be the same. The steel wire rope connected to the ground fixed point and the bar support is adjusted to 2750N. A static load of 1350N is applied at the middle point of the bar. The deflection of the bar surface should be within the range of 65±10mm. After the external force is removed, the deformation of the bar surface should be no more than 1mm. b. Ordinary practice type A static load of 1350N is applied in the middle of the bar. The deflection of the bar surface should be within the range of 65±15mm. After the external force is removed, the measured bar surface should not be greater than 3mm. 3.3 Determination of the straightness of the bar surface Use a thin rope to pass through the bar surface axially to fix it and make it straight. Use a ruler to measure the straightness of the bar surface. It should meet the requirements of Table 3 (2). 3.4 The tension of zippers, expansion cords and joints is measured by a tensile testing machine. 3.5 The fit of parts and the flexibility of adjusters and tensioners are measured by hand feel. 3.6 The corrosion resistance of the electroplating layer is tested for 24 hours according to GB5938 "Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS) Method for Corrosion Resistance of Metal Coatings and Chemically Treated Layers of Light Industrial Products" and rated according to GB5944 "Evaluation of Corrosion Test Results of Metal Coatings of Light Industrial Products". 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The inspection of batch products is divided into batch inspection and periodic inspection. 4.2 Batch inspectionWww.bzxZ.net 4.2.1 Batch inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the one-time sampling plan for general inspection level I in GB2828 "Batch inspection sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)". 4.2.2 The items and clauses, test method clauses and AQL values of batch inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. 60 Basic size parameters Elastic force of bar surface Straightness of bar surface Fitness Surface quality 4.3 Periodic inspection Clause of this standard GB 8392—87 Test method clause Competition type Ordinary practice type 4.3.1 The samples for periodic inspection must be randomly selected from the qualified samples in batch inspection and all of them shall be inspected according to the batch inspection items. If unqualified products are found, they shall be replaced with qualified products. 4.3.2 Periodic inspection shall be carried out every six months and shall also be carried out when the design, key process, main raw materials are changed or production is resumed after suspension for more than three months. 4.3.3 Periodic inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the single sampling plan for the discrimination level II and the discrimination array (12) in GB2829 "Periodic Inspection Counting Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to the Inspection of Stability of Production Process)". 4.3.4 The items and clauses of periodic inspections, the test method clauses and their RQL values shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5. Competition type 5.3 Transportation: It shall not be exposed to rain, sun, or moisture during transportation. It shall be handled with care and shall not be squeezed or collided. 5.4 Storage: The warehouse should be well ventilated and dry (products are not allowed to be stored outdoors) and properly stored.
