GB/T 4728.8--2000 This standard is equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60617-8:1996 "Graphical symbols for schematic diagrams Part 8: Measuring instruments, lamps and signal devices". This standard is a revision of GB/T4728.8-1984 "Graphical symbols for measuring instruments, lamps and signal devices for electrical diagrams". Compared with GB/T4728.8-1984, this standard adds 08-10-13 symbols and deletes 12 symbols including 08-02-16 in GB/T4728.8--1984. GB/T4728.8 is a part of the series of standards "Graphical symbols for electrical schematic diagrams". This series of standards includes the following parts: GB/T 4728.1 Graphical symbols for electrical diagrams GB/T 4728.2 GB/T 4728. 3 GB/T 4728. 4 GB/T 4728. 5 Graphic symbols for electrical schematics Part 2: Symbol elements, limiting symbols and other commonly used symbolsGraphic symbols for electrical schematics Graphic symbols for electrical schematics Graphic symbols for electrical schematics GB/T4728.6 Graphical symbols for electrical schematics GB/T 4728.7 Graphic symbols for electrical schematics GB/T4728.8 Graphical symbols for electrical schematics GB/T 4728.9E Graphical symbols for electrical schematics GB/T 4728. 10 GB/T 4728. 11 GB/T 4728. 12 GB/T 4728.13 Graphic symbols for electrical schematics Part 3: Conductors and connecting parts Part 4: Basic passive components Part 5: Semiconductor tubes and electron tubes Part 6: Generation and conversion of electrical energy Part 7: Switches, control and protection devices Part 8: Measuring instruments, lamps and signalling devices Part 9: Telecommunications: switching and peripheral equipment Part 10: Telecommunications: transmission Graphic symbols for electrical schematics Graphic symbols for electrical schematics Part 11: Building installation plan drawings Part 12: Binary logic elements Graphic symbols for electrical schematics Part 13: Analogue components The scope and referenced standards of this series of standards can be found in IEC60617-1. When revising GB/T4728.1, IEC60617-1 is intended to be adopted as the equivalent. Appendix B and Appendix C of the original IEC60617-8:1996 are French and English indexes respectively, which are deleted in this standard. Appendix B of this standard is the symbols added in GB/T4728.8-1984 that are not in the original IEC60617-8 (1st edition). This standard replaces GB/T4728.81984 from the date of implementation. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both indicative appendices. This standard is proposed and coordinated by the National Technical Committee for Electrical Document Preparation and Graphic Symbol Standardization. This standard is drafted by the Mechanical Science Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Guo Ting, Li Shilin, Gao Huimin, Zhang Ying, Wei Yanjun. 162 GB/T4728.8-~2000 IEC Foreword 1) IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide standardization organization including all national electrotechnical committees (IEC national committees). The stated objective of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on all matters relating to standards in the electrical and electronic fields. For this purpose and as required by other activities, the IEC also publishes International Standards. The preparation of International Standards is entrusted to technical committees. Any IEC National Committee may participate in the standard-making process if it is interested in the subject under study. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental organizations that have relations with the IEC may also participate in the standard-making process. The IEC and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) work closely under the conditions determined by an agreement with ISO. 2) The formal decisions and agreements of the IEC on technical matters are drawn up by technical committees in which national committees with special interest in these matters participate, and express as far as possible an international consensus on the subject matter involved. 3) They are accepted by the National Committees in the sense that they are published in the form of standards, technical reports or guidelines and recommended for international use. 4) In order to promote international unification, the IEC National Committees undertake the task of applying the IEC International Standards to the greatest extent possible in their countries and regions. Any differences between IEC International Standards and the corresponding national or regional standards should be clearly indicated in the latter. International Standard IEC 617-8 was prepared by IEC Technical Committee 3A (Graphical Symbols for Diagrams) of IEC Technical Committee 3 (Documentation and Graphical Symbols). This second edition repeals and replaces the first edition of 1983 and is technically revised. The text of this standard is based on the following documents: Draft International Standard (FDIS) 3A/386/FDIS Voting Full information on the promotion of this standard can be found in the voting report mentioned in the table above. Annexes A, B and C are for reference only. Voting Report 3A/424/RVD GB/T 4728. 8--2000 IEC Introduction This part of IEC 60617 forms part of the series of graphical symbols for diagrams. The series consists of the following parts: Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 General information, general index, comparison table Symbol elements, qualifiers and other commonly used symbolsConductors and connectors Basic passive components Semiconductor tubes and electron tubes||tt| |Generation and conversion of electrical energy Switchgear, controlgear and protection devicesMeasuring instruments, lamps and signaling devices Telecommunications: switching and peripheral equipment Part 10 Part 11 Part 12 Part 13 Telecommunications: transmission Building installation plan Binary logic elements Analog elements The specifications and referenced standards of this series can be found in IEC60617-1. The above symbols are designed according to the requirements of ISO11714-1 to be published. The module M used is 2.5 mm. In order to make the smaller symbols clearer, these symbols are enlarged by - times in this standard and marked with "200%" in the symbol column; in order to save space, the larger symbols are reduced by times and marked with "50%" in the symbol column. In order to facilitate the drawing of multiple terminals and to meet other layout requirements, the size of the symbol (such as height) may be changed in accordance with clause 7 of ISO 11714-1. Regardless of whether the size of the symbol is enlarged, reduced or corrected, the original line width is not corrected proportionally. The symbols of this standard should be arranged so that the distance between the connecting lines is a multiple of a certain module. In order to facilitate the marking of the terminal, 2M is usually selected. For ease of understanding, the symbols are drawn at a certain size and a uniform grid is used when drawing all symbols. In computer-aided drawing systems, all symbols should be drawn within a grid, and the grid used is reproduced on the background of the symbol. The old symbols included in Annex A of the first edition of IEC 617-8 have a transition period. This part is no longer included in the second edition, and it will be made clear that they are no longer used. The index of Annexes B and C includes an alphabetical index of the symbol name and its number, and the symbol name is based on the description of the symbol in this part. The general index of the alphabetical order of the symbols of all parts is given by IEC 60617-1. * Currently, it is still in the draft international standard stage (Document 3/563/DIS). 164 National Standard of the People's Republic of China Graphical symbols for diagrams--Part 8: Measuring instruments, lamps and signalling devices1 General symbols for indicating instruments, recording instruments and integrators1.1 The asterisk in the graphic symbols in this chapter will be replaced by one of the following: GB/T 4728.8-2000 idt IEC 60617-8:1996 Replaces GB/T4728.8.--1984 Text symbol or multiple or approximate divisor of the unit of the quantity being measured (see 08-02-01 and 08-02-07 for examples); Text symbol of the quantity being measured (see 08-02-05 and 08-02-06 for examples); Chemical formula (see 08-02-13 for examples); Graphic symbol (see 08-02-08 for examples).
