3.1 type

4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Materials

The brake pad material adopts mechanical properties not less than HT200 specified in GB9439. 4.2 Quality requirements
ZC type|| tt||4.2.1 Castings shall not have internal defects such as pores and sand inclusions that may affect performance, and shall not have obvious external cracks and surface defects such as sand sticking and flying spurs. Internal stress should be eliminated before mechanical processing. 4.2.2 The anti-rust treatment of smooth parts and the painting treatment of non-processed surfaces shall comply with the relevant provisions of Article 4.6 of JB/T7020.1. 4.2.3 The connection between the brake block and the brake pad should be firm and reliable, and should not be loose. The gap between the brake pad and the steel backing of the brake pad should be less than 0.15mm.
4.2.4 There should be the model mark specified in Article 3.3 on the obvious part of the brake pad. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Factory Inspection
5.1.1 Each brake pad shall be subject to factory inspection by the production quality inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Only after passing the inspection can it be shipped from the factory, with a product qualification certificate certificate.
5.1.2 Factory inspection items and inspection methods are as follows: a. Brake pad materials should comply with Section 4. of this standard.1; b. Use universal measuring tools and fixtures to inspect the dimensions with tolerance requirements in Table 1 and Table 2 and the relevant provisions in Articles 4.2.1 and 4.2.3; c. Use the national measurement method to inspect the relevant appearance quality in Articles 4.2.1 and 4.2.4; 137

d. Inspect the relevant items of Article 4.2.2 according to the relevant provisions and methods of JB/T7020.1; e. Article 4.2.3 of this standard can be inspected by the method of Article 5.3.4 of JB/T7020.1. 5.1.3 All factory inspection items of brake pads must be qualified. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection items include all technical contents of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of this standard. 5.2.2. The type inspection and sampling methods refer to the relevant provisions of Article 6.2 of JB/T7020.1. Additional Notes:
