This standard is a revision of JB875-80 "1231 Alkyd Drying Cover Paint". Compared with B875-80, this standard has the following differences except for the modification of the standard writing format: 1 According to the provisions of 2.2 in GB/T1981-1989, the viscosity measurement temperature in Table 1 is changed from "20±1°C" to 23±2℃"; 2 According to the provisions of 2.4 in GB/T1981-989, the fifth performance item "drying time" in Table 1 is changed to "paint film drying time", and "20h" is required to be changed to "non-stick" means; 3 According to the provisions of 3.1 in GB1981-1989, change "thermoelasticity" to "elasticity"; the requirement "6h" is changed to "non-cracking"; 4 According to the provisions of 3.3 in GB/T1981-1989, change "oil resistance" "Resistance" is changed to "resistance to insulating liquids", and the requirement "24h" is changed to "the paint film does not dissolve, bubble, wrinkle or swell"; 5 According to the provisions of 3.5 in GB/T1981-1989, the "breakdown strength" "Changed to \power frequency electrical strength\; changed "1) Normal state" to "1) 23±2℃\; "(2) After immersed in water at 20±5℃ for 24 hours" changed to \2) 23± After soaking in water at 2°C for 24 hours." This standard will replace 875-80 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and administered by the National Insulating Materials Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Xi'an Insulation Materials Factory, etc. Drafters of this standard: Du Chaoyun, Li Shulian. This standard was first published in 1966, revised for the first time in 1980, and revised for the second time in 1999. This standard is entrusted to the National Insulating Materials Standardization Technical Committee to be responsible for interpretation. 1
