4.1.1 A complete set of pressure water tanks shall include a liquid gauge, a safety valve, an air stop valve, a filter, a pressure gauge and a pressure relay. These accessories shall meet the application requirements.
4.1.2 When the inner diameter of the pressure water tank is greater than or less than 700mm, a manhole shall be provided. The diameter of the circular manhole shall not be less than 400mm, and the size of the waist-shaped manhole shall not be less than 3mm×mm
4.1.3 The pressure water tank shall be equipped with a safety cover. The opening pressure of the safety device shall be greater than the working pressure and less than the design pressure. 1.4 The technical requirements and dimensions of the inlet and outlet connection flanges of the pressure water tank shall comply with the requirements of GB573 or GB2506. 4.1.5 The body of the pressure limiting water tank shall be able to withstand the upper. 5 times the design pressure without damage and obvious deformation. ,3.1 The welding of pressure water tanks must be carried out in accordance with the "Welder Examination Rules" issued by the ship inspector, and must be undertaken by qualified welders, and the welder's code stamp must be stamped on the welding line. 4.3.2 Before hoop welding, the low-carbon, damp oil and other dirt that affect the welding quality within the 25mm area of the weld groove should be removed. 4.3.3 The welding materials for pressure water tanks should be hydrogen-resistant and inspected in the factory according to the requirements of BU41005. 3.4 When the explosion environment has any of the following conditions, welding shall not be carried out without effective protective measures. a. It is raining. 4.3.5 When the welding temperature is lower than 0 When welding, the area within 100mm of the weld should be preheated to about 1°C. 4.4 Welding maintenance requirements
4.4.1 The weld surface should be uniform and dense, and should not have cracks, weld bumps, clips, arc pits, or incomplete pits. If there are any defects, they should be adequately filled.
4.4.2 The undercut depth of the weld surface shall not exceed 0.1nm, the continuous length of the undercut shall not exceed 1mm, and the total length of the undercut on both sides shall not exceed the length of the warp
4.4.3 The weld and the parent material should be smooth.

[The materials of the body and manhole cover of the pressure water tank shall be made of stainless steel. The technical requirements of the materials shall comply with the provisions of Class B in the G1712 standard. The inspection of raw materials upon entry into the factory shall be in accordance with the requirements of Z.BU1005. 4.6 Assembly requirements
4.6.1 The repulsion relay of the pressure water tank shall be able to ensure the automatic start and stop of the water supply pump under the specified low/high pressure to meet the effect of automatic water supply.
4.6.2 Strength test of the body of the pressure water tank After passing the test, the inner surface shall be derusted and polished. Then apply non-toxic epoxy paint. 4.6.3 After passing the pressure water phase strength test and tightness test, the outer surface shall be derusted and painted with anti-rust primer and gray topcoat. 5 Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection
Inspect the appearance, material selection, accessories, size, etc. of the pressure tube. The inspection results shall comply with the requirements of 4.1.1:1.1.24.2:4.4.1~4.4.6; 4.6.
5.2 Weld inspection
5.2.1 The inspection content of the welding test plate includes positive bending test, reverse bending test, tensile test of coal joints, macroscopic test, fracture structure inspection, etc. The welding plate shall be 100% X-rayed, and the film evaluation shall be in accordance with C:B3323. The weld grade is considered qualified. 5.2.2 Each weld key of the product shall be 10% X-rayed. The film evaluation is in accordance with GI3 3323. The weld grade is considered qualified. 5.2.3 When unacceptable defects are found on the weld, they are allowed to be repaired after removal. After repair, X-ray filming is performed. The number of repairs on the same part should not exceed two times.
5.3 Strength test and tightness test
