a) The test instrument shall be a sound level meter of type I or above or other test instruments with equivalent accuracy; b) The test environment shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 3 of GB/T37681983. 6.1.2 Test method
Place the machine on a test bench with a height of 1m. At the geometric center line of the machine shape, 1.m away from the machine, measure the noise of the four points in front, rear, left and right of the machine respectively, and take the arithmetic average as the noise value of the machine. 6.2 Temperature rise test
After the drilling machine is powered on and runs at no load for 1h, place a thermometer with an accuracy of 1K on the surface of the front bearing of the motor housing for measurement, which shall meet the requirements of 5.2.
6.3 Guide drill sleeve temperature test
Turn on the power at room temperature, set the temperature control knob to full scale, heat for 5 minutes, and use a thermometer to test the outer surface temperature of the guide drill sleeve. It should meet the requirements of 5.3.
6.4 Temperature control device current test
Connect the ammeter to the electric heating pipe circuit of the drilling machine, turn on the temperature control switch, rotate the temperature control knob, and observe the current change range. It should meet the requirements of 5.4.
