Packaging, transportation and purchase and storage The packaging, transportation and storage of brakes should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T7894. 183 JB/T 3334.2—2000 (Appendix of the standard) Brake pads Brake pad materials should preferably use asbestos-free brake pad materials: A1 Surface roughness should not be less than Ra12.5. The mechanical strength of the brake pad should meet the following conditions: A3.1 The compressive strength is greater than or equal to 20MPa. A3.2 The impact strength is greater than or equal to 0.4MPa. A3.3 The Brinell hardness is 25~~40HBS. The brake pad shall not have burns, cracks or permanent deformation after being kept warm for 30min at 300C. A4 The brake pad shall be continuously braked at an air pressure of 0.7MPa, a linear speed of 20m/s and a temperature of 300C to ensure: A5 A5.1 The friction coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.35~0.4. A5.2 The friction coefficient is less than or equal to 0.4mm/h. A6 The water absorption rate of the brake pad is less than or equal to 2%, and the oil absorption rate is less than or equal to 1%. A7 The brake pad should be accompanied by a product certificate. 184 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
