Some standard content:

JB/T3334.2--2000
This standard is divided into two parts. Part 1: Brakes for vertical hydro-turbine generators; Part 2: Brakes for horizontal hydro-turbine generators. This standard is formulated to meet the development of my country's hydropower construction and to achieve the standardization, serialization and generalization requirements of brakes for horizontal hydro-turbine generator sets.
This standard is Part 2 and is formulated for the first time.
Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard is proposed and managed by Harbin Large Electric Motor Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are: Fujian Jiuzhou Nanping Electric Motor Factory and Kvaerner (Hangzhou) Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Yue Zhaozhi, Jin Zhende, Liu Xilou and Li Daihu. Harbin Large Electric Motor Research Institute is responsible for the interpretation of this standard. 180

3.1 The brake type specified in this standard is a piston brake with air (oil) pressure braking and reset. 3.2 Brake model
The manufacturer can use the symbol area to indicate the structural features, etc. Working medium: Q for air, Y for steam turbine oil-brake piston diameter, mm
The first letter of the Chinese pinyin for "horizontal" and the first letter of the Chinese pinyin for "brake" Model marking example: brake piston diameter 100mm, working medium air, its model is: zw100-Q. 4 Basic parameters and basic dimensions
4.1 Basic parameters
4.1.1 When the working medium is air, the rated working pressure is 0.7MPa. 4.1.2 When the working medium is turbine oil, the rated working pressure is 2.5MPa Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on April 24, 2000, implemented on October 1, 2000
4.2 Basic dimensions
The basic dimensions are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

Test and inspection methods
Use oil as the test medium to push the piston to the full-stroke braking position, and then conduct a pressure test in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T15468
During the pressure test, observe the leakage of the brake outer surface, pipe joints, handle surfaces and movable mating surfaces
Measure the full stroke length
Use 15% of the rated working force to fully push the piston Stroke reciprocating motion three times
Pass 0.7MPa air pressure at full stroke brake position to maintain pressure for 2min
The pressure gauge reading should not drop by more than 3% of the test oil pressure
No leakage
Conform to design requirements
All can move smoothly and flexibly
The air pressure drop should not exceed 0.05MPa
6.3 Appearance inspection: The outer surface of the brake should be flat and smooth, painted beautifully, and should not have defects such as bruises. Packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
The packaging, transportation and storage of brakes should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T7894. 183
JB/T 3334.2—2000
(Appendix of the standard)
