This standard applies to disc brakes used in pairs for mine hoists and mine hoisting winches. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were all valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards GB191-90 Packaging, storage and transportation pictorial signs
JB3721--84 Disc brake shoes for mine hoists JB3812--84 Disc springs for disc brakes for mine hoists and mine winches TJ231 (six)-78 Construction and acceptance specifications for mechanical equipment installation projects Coal mine safety regulations (1992 edition)
3 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of disc brakes should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Basic parameters of disc brakes
Brake positive pressure
10.20.25,32.10,50.63.80
120,150
Design friction coefficient bZxz.net
The design friction coefficient refers to the friction coefficient when the brake shoe temperature is not higher than 250C. 1
When the design brake shoe pressure ratio is ≤1.2MPa, it is applicable to large DC-driven mine hoists. 4 Requirements
4.1--General requirements
Design brake shoe pressure ratio
4.1.1 Disc brakes shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 Disc brakes shall comply with the provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". 41.3 Accessories shall comply with the provisions of current standards or technical documents. 4.1.4 All general technical requirements such as casting, forging, welding, processing and assembly not specified in this standard shall comply with the relevant provisions of current national standards or industry standards.
4.2 Requirements for main components
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 4, 1997 and implemented on October 1, 1997
JB8519
9—1997
4.2.1 The technical performance of disc springs shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of JB372184. 4.2.2 The main technical parameters of disc springs such as the working limit load, deformation under the working limit load, calculated stress at 1 point and strong pressure treatment load shall comply with the provisions of 1.3 of JB3812-84, and the technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of JB3812-84. 4.2.3 The product shall be equipped with a venting device.
4.2.4 After the product is assembled, the piston and brake shoe shall act simultaneously under the design oil pressure, and there shall be no creeping or jamming. 4.2.5 Under no-load conditions, the minimum operating pressure of the disc brake piston shall not exceed 0.3MPa. 4.2.6 Under the design oil pressure, the difference between the stroke of the disc brake shoe and the design stroke shall not be greater than 10% of the design stroke. 4.2.7 After the product is assembled, it is kept at 1.25 times the design oil pressure for 10 minutes, and no oil marks are visible on the seals. 4.2.8 The service life of the disc brake cylinder seal shall not be less than 3 months or 4×101 lifts. 4.2.9 When the product is installed, adjusted and tested on site, it shall comply with the relevant provisions of TJ231 (VI). 4.2.10 After the disc brake is installed and adjusted on site, the difference in the clearance between the brake shoes on both sides of each pair of brakes shall not be greater than 0.1mm plus the actual maximum runout of the brake disc.
5 Test and Inspection
5.1 Factory Inspection
Each product shall be subject to the following factory inspection before leaving the factory: a) The performance test of the disc spring shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of JB3812-84; b) The product performance shall meet the requirements of 4.2.5, 4.2.6 and 4.2.7; c) Under the design oil pressure, the disc brake shall reciprocate for more than five times in full stroke to check whether the product meets the requirements of 4.2.5. 5.2 Type Inspection
