Lock bolt stop height Distance from the lock bolt stop surface to the cabinet panel. 4Product model The model is as follows: Feature code Handle type Structure code Example: MS302—1. Flat type Structural code (selected according to Table 2) Design serial number Feature code (selected according to Table 1) The first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the door lock Feature code Table 2 Structural code With lock cylinder Mixed type “02” indicates the second design; “1” indicates with lock cylinder. “MS” indicates door lock: “3” indicates handle type: 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Environmental conditions X (numbers other than those specified) Without lock cylinder The air should be clean and free of corrosive gases. The upper limit of the ambient air temperature is +55℃, the lower limit is -10℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50%. If the above-mentioned environmental conditions are not met, the user shall negotiate and determine with the manufacturer. 5.2 Mechanical Strength The door lock should have sufficient mechanical strength to withstand the various stresses encountered during normal use. 5.3 Appearance bZxz.net The outer surface of the product should have a good anti-rust protective layer, and should not have cracks, rust, peeling, blackening and falling off. The appearance surface should be smooth and uniform, and should not have scratches, bubbles, exposed bottom and uneven convex and concave defects. The lead sealing device of the lead-sealed lock must be reliable and easy to observe. 5.4 Installation Compatibility a) The product should be able to be installed on the door panel within the range of 1mm to 5mm. Special requirements shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer; b) The basic deviation of the installation and connection positioning of the product and the door panel shall not be lower than the IT12 level of GB/T1800.3-1998: c) The basic deviation of the height dimension of the lock bolt stop shall not be lower than the IT12 level of GB/T1800.3-1998; d) The opening direction of the lock handle should be coordinated with the opening direction of the door. 5.5 Flexibility The key and handle should be flexible and free of jamming when opening and locking; a) b) The axial static pulling force when the key is pulled out shall not exceed 10N. 2 5.6 Stability JB/T 10382—2002 The door lock should not open automatically during normal use and transportation. Its anti-vibration positioning structure shall not fail or be damaged, and the connecting bolts shall not be loose. 5.7 Electrical continuity There should be a reliable electrical connection between the door lock and the door panel, and the connection resistance between the door lock and the door panel should be less than 0.12.5.8 Firmness a) The key and handle of the door lock should be able to withstand the requirements of the ultimate static load in Table 3. Under the action of the torque force in Table 3, the various structural parts of the door lock have no deformation or damage; Table 3 Ultimate static load of handle and key Name of operating part Torque force N·m b) The lock bolt should have sufficient strength and should not be deformed or damaged under the longitudinal operating tension of a person during normal use. 5.9 Mutual opening rate a) When the number of key teeth is 1, locks of the same model should be able to completely open each other; b) For door locks with confidentiality requirements, the mutual opening rate shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer. 5.10 Operating life The whole process of opening and locking the door lock is ~ operations. Under normal working conditions, the operating life is not less than 10,000 times. 6 Test methods 6.1 Appearance test After opening the package, visually inspect the outer surface and appearance of the product.
