Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2748—1996 Direct Red B (Direct Acid-Resistant Red 4BS) Published on April 8, 1996 Published by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China and implemented on January 1, 1997 WHG/T2748—1996 This standard is revised on the basis of GB/T1651—82. This standard modifies the writing format of the original standard in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1—1993. The dyeing fastness of Direct Red B on cotton fabrics specified in the standard is the result of testing using the current national standard. Based on the product quality data provided by the relevant manufacturers and on the basis of extensive consultation with users, this standard has revised the original moisture index. This standard has been adjusted to the industry standard after revision. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original GB/T1651-82 will be abolished. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of the Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Tianjin Dyeing and Chemical Plant No. 3 and Shenyang Chemical Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Xiuqin and Qi Tingting. This standard was first issued in December 1965, adjusted from a departmental standard to a national standard in November 1979, and revised in 1982. 1 W.bzsoso.cOm1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Direct Red B (Direct Acid-Resistant Scarlet 4BS) HG/T2748—1996 This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of Direct Red B. The manufacturer takes the products mixed evenly at one time as a batch. The number of sampling barrels for each batch shall not be less than √N/2 (N is the number of barrels for each batch of products), and the number of small batch sampling shall not be less than 3 barrels. The packaging of the sampled products must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel. The total amount of sampled products shall not be less than 200g. After the sampled products are fully mixed, they are divided into two clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottles, and labels are attached to indicate: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, location and name of the sampler. One bottle is used for inspection, and the bottle is sealed with paraffin for future reference. 5 Test method 5.1 Determination of appearance Visual evaluation is adopted. 5.2 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity 5.2.1 General conditions The relevant provisions of GB2374 shall be followed. 5.2.2 The dyeing depth is 1%, 5g cotton yarn is used for dyeing, and the bath ratio is 1:40. 5.2.3 The dye solution is prepared according to the provisions of neutral dye solution in GB/T2375.
