Introduction to standards:

JB/T 50172-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 022-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of Resin Abrasive Hardening Furnaces". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of intermittent resin abrasive hardening furnaces that use electricity or generator gas as energy. Resin hardening furnaces are divided into first, second and third grades according to the comparable unit consumption of their furnace bases. Furnace bases that do not meet the third-grade comparable unit consumption index are classified as out-of-grade. This standard was first issued on March 5, 1988. This standard is a revision of ZBJ01022-88 (Energy Consumption Classification of Resin Abrasive Hardening Furnaces). During the revision, the original standard was revised for editorial reasons, but the main technical content remained unchanged.||tt| |This standard replaces ZBJ01022- from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical Engineering Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are: the Sixth Design Institute of the former State Machinery Commission, the Energy Conservation Center of the Machinery Industry Department, and the main authors of this standard are: Wu Pixian and Wang Hongen. This standard was first issued in 1991.

2 The energy consumption of the furnace is limited to the use of air circulation and air circulation, and the energy consumption of the furnace is not affected by the environment. 3.1: The average unit consumption of the hardening furnace H during the calculation period is calculated by formula (1): Zwa.r.
In the formula:
The comparable unit consumption of resin abrasives during the calculation period is kg Standard energy consumption of each furnace during the statistical period, k standard fuel coefficient of each furnace during the statistical period, electricity: r-1; generator gas: \,=.45; y product coefficient of each furnace during the statistical period, see Table 2; G

Wu: inductive and hardening energy consumption, m or kw·h:, - the low calorific value of the furnace gas or the current calorific value of the electric plate. 3.4 The energy consumption of circulating fan is calculated according to formula (4): 6
Wherein: W is the energy consumption of circulating fan, m or kW·h; ()
3.5 The low calorific value of fully washed coal gas in the boiler is generally based on actual measurement. If there is a national standard, it is selected according to 5651.1kJ/m: 2n=3600 k/ (kW3)
