Some standard content:

YC/T:5 Reconstituted tobacco series standards consist of: Part 1: Energy pressing method, Part 2: Thick pulp delivery; Part 3: Road to reach, This part is Part 3 of YC/T16.
This part replaces YC/T:5-1901
Compared with YC/T16199, the main changes are as follows: YC/T16.3-2003
——In terms of format: The new standard is YC/7163-30024 Rain-grown Tobacco Part 3: Papermaking Method When formulating this part, the indicators of raw material production in YC/16-1931 were revised, and the requirements for mainstream smoke indicators such as oil content, smoke volume, and chemical indicators such as total alkaloids, water content, potassium, chlorine, and phosphate were added.
This part is issued by the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (T:12), and the drafting parties of this part are: the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Science and Technology Bureau, Shanghai Tobacco Corporation, and the State Tobacco Quality Supervision and Administration Center. The main drafters of this part are: Wei Yidun, Xing Jun, Yan Xinlong, Zhang Hong, Tian Qingyuan, and Tu Jieping. This part replaces the previous editions of the standard YC13194-

Reconstituted tobacco: papermaking method) recongtitmled tobacco paperprnicess) According to the requirements of the reconstituted tobacco raw material formula, tobacco dust, tobacco leaves and other raw materials are soaked in water and decomposed into volatile substances and non-volatile substances. The non-volatile substances are made into a paper-like base in a similar way to the papermaking method. Then the volatile substances and the shrunk substances are added to the base and dried to form small smoke.

YCJT16.3—2D03
Cut 20 square specimens of 10mm×100mm or 100cm2 of the samples prepared in 6.1.2 and test them according to the provisions of B/T451.2. 5.2.2 Thickness
Ten pieces are randomly selected from the quantitative test samples and the thickness is tested according to the provisions of B/T451.3. Two points of each piece should be randomly measured at different locations.
5.2. 3 Tensile egg tray
Cut the samples prepared in 6.1.2 into thin slices longitudinally and transversely, and take 10 specimens of 200mm×15mm (length×width) respectively. Test them according to the provisions of GB/T129:1, where the test distance is 100mm and the tensile speed is 20)mm/min±5mm/min. The test results are expressed as the average value of 23 samples:
5.2.4 Burning rate
Take the samples prepared in 6.2. For the prepared bar products, take 10 samples of 200mm×15mm (length×width) and divide them into two groups. Hold the samples vertically and ignite them with a flame. Record the time required for burning 10 pieces and calculate the burning time. The test results are expressed as the average value of 3 tests.
5.2.5 Filling value
Take 200g of the bar products prepared in 6.1.3 and cut them into strips, and then test them according to YC/T152. 5.2.6 Moisture content
Take 3 samples prepared in 6.1.3 and test them according to YC/T3. 5.3 Flue gas and chemical detection
