This standard is the original light industry professional standard ZB/TG33003-198S "Polytetrafluoroethylene Rods", which was converted to QB/T3626-1999 through the State Bureau of Light Industry (1999] No. 112. Contents Same as above. This standard was proposed by the former Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Plastic Products Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Wuhan Plastics Factory No. 5, Shanghai Chemical Plant, Shanghai Plastics Research Institute, and Zhanguang Chemical Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Songlin, Yu Meiling, Xu Yue, Wang Huixin, and Yang Xuefen.

This standard applies to polytetrafluoroethylene rods (hereinafter referred to as "rods") formed by sonic extrusion or molding. Rods are used as gaskets, seals and lubricating materials working in various corrosive media and electrical insulation parts used at various frequencies. Classification
SFB-1: Diameter is less than or equal to 16mm.
SFB-2: Diameter is greater than or equal to 18mm.
2 Specifications
Rods The dimensions and tolerances of the material shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Dimensions and tolerances of polytetrafluoroethylene rodsDiameterAllowable tolerances of diameterApproved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on 1999-D4-21Permitted tolerances of lengthImplemented on 1999-04-21-comDiameterQE/T3626-1999Table 1 (continued)Allowable tolerances of true diameter Note: Special specifications are determined by negotiation between the supplier and the supplier. Length Tolerance 3 Technical Conditions 3.1 Appearance 3.1.1 The color of the rod is the natural color of the resin. QB/T3626—1999 3.1.2 The surface of the rod should be smooth, without cracks, bubbles, delamination and mechanical damage. 3.1.3 The diameter is 18mm~40mm and the length is 1 00mm, the bow degree should be less than or equal to 2mm. 3.2 Properties
The properties of the bars should meet the requirements of Table 2.
Tensile strength
Breaking elongation
Test method
4.1 Measurement of external dimensions
4.1.1 Diameter
Measure with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 4.1.2 Length
Measure with a steel tape measure or tape measure with an accuracy of 1mm. 4.2 Appearance
Check with the lunar method under natural light.
4.3 Determination of specific gravity
2. 10~2.30
SFB-2
2.10~2.30
According to the original GB 1033-1970 Test method for specific gravity of plastics. When measuring, add a small amount of lubricant to the distilled water. 4.4 Determination of tensile strength and elongation at break 4.4.1 Test specimens
For bars with a diameter of less than or equal to 4 mm, take five specimens of the same diameter as the original bar. The length of the specimen is 250 mm, and the distance between the two markings is 100 mm.
For bars with a diameter of 8 mm to 16 mm, take five dumbbell-shaped specimens, the length of the specimen is greater than or equal to 160 mm, the length of the bell-shaped part is 60 mm, the distance between the two markings is 50 mm, and the diameter D of the dumbbell-shaped part is 80% of the original diameter (see Figure 1 for the specimen size). RSo
Unit: mm
QB/T3626—1999
For bars with a diameter greater than 16 mm, these two tests are not performed. 4. 4. 2 Test conditions
The temperature is (23 ± 2) °C, the relative humidity is 45%~55%, and the specimen is placed for more than 8 hours. 4.4.3 Test steps
Use a vernier caliper to measure the diameter of the sample at least three points and take the arithmetic mean. The mutual moving speed of the two clamps on the testing machine is (100 ± 10) mm/min. Read the load when the sample breaks and the distance between the sample markings. If the sample breaks in the ineffective part or on the clamp, the sample is invalid and a new sample is taken. The test result is the arithmetic mean of the three samples. 4.4.4 Calculation formula
L-L0x100
Wu Zhong: Tensile strength, MPa:
Load when the sample breaks, N;
S—Cross-sectional area of the sample, cm2;
s, fracture elongation, %:
Lo--Distance between the original markings of the sample, cm1
L—Distance between the markings when the sample breaks, cm. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The inspection of bar properties is based on batches. 5.2 Bars produced continuously from the same batch of raw materials and the same process are considered a batch. 5.3 The dimensions and appearance of the bars shall be checked one by one in accordance with Chapter 1 and 2.1. (1)
5.4 During the test, if any item fails, double the sample shall be taken for repeated testing of the item. If the item still fails after retesting, the batch shall be considered as unqualified.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Each batch of bars shall be accompanied by a quality certificate indicating the type, batch number, specification and quantity of the bars. 6.2 The bars shall be packed in plastic film bags in a straight shape and placed in wooden boxes or thick cardboard boxes. 6.3 The bars shall be stored in a clean warehouse in a packaged state to prevent impact and pressure during transportation. QB/T3626-1999
A1 For the original rod tensile clamp of the rod with a diameter less than or equal to 41mm, it is recommended to use an eccentric wheel type clamp: A2 For the dumbbell-shaped tensile clamp of the rod with a diameter greater than or equal to 1mm, it is recommended to use an art-shaped barb-shaped clamp. A3 Dumbbell-shaped specimens are recommended to be clamped and turned with a special sleeve. A4 Rod specimens with a diameter of 5mm~~7mm are not specified for the time being because they are subject to test verification. 5
