This standard specifies the technical requirements and inspection rules for the hydraulic suspension system of agricultural tractors (hereinafter referred to as the hydraulic suspension system). This standard applies to the hydraulic suspension system of agricultural tractors.

3-Technical requirements
Three-point suspension system for agricultural wheeled tractors Part 1: Three-point suspension system for agricultural wheeled tractors of categories 1, 2 and 3 Part 2: Three-point suspension system for agricultural wheeled tractors of category IN Part 4: General technical conditions for painting of agricultural and forestry tractors and implements of category 0 Test methods for hydraulic suspension system of agricultural tractors 3.1 The hydraulic suspension system shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2: All parts and components of the hydraulic suspension system shall comply with the relevant standards. 3.3 The hydraulic suspension system of wheeled tractors greater than 15kW shall have the function of automatic control of tillage depth. 3.4 There must be an overload protection device in the hydraulic suspension system. 3.5 The hydraulic suspension system of tractors with a capacity of more than 15kW shall have an optional hydraulic output device. 3.6 The hydraulic suspension system shall be equipped with an oil filter, and the filtration accuracy of the oil filter shall not be less than 25μm. The structure and layout of the oil filter shall facilitate the replacement or cleaning of the filter element without draining the hydraulic oil in the tank. 3.7 The hydraulic suspension system shall be able to work normally when the oil temperature is 80℃. 3.8 The oil tank shall have sufficient volume to ensure the normal operation of the system and to accommodate all the hydraulic oil in the system. A ventilation filter shall be installed on the vent cover.

The size of the suspension device shall meet the relevant provisions of GB1593.1, GB1593.2 or GB1593.4; the painting of rods shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5673, and the color of the topcoat shall be based on the user's requirements. 3.12 The operating force of the handle of the hydraulic suspension system shall not exceed 70N. 3.13 The maximum lifting force and lifting stroke of the hydraulic suspension system shall meet the requirements specified in the instruction manual and comply with the corresponding provisions of GB1593.1, GB1593.2 or GB1593.4. 3.14 The lifting time of the hydraulic suspension system shall not exceed 3s, and the 30mm static settlement value shall not exceed 4% of the lifting stroke. 3.15 The hydraulic suspension system shall be able to withstand 300,000 durability tests. Slight leakage is allowed at the end of the durability test, but no dripping is allowed; the static settlement value 30 minutes after the end of the test shall not exceed 20% of the lifting stroke; when the lifting stroke at the beginning of the test is reached, the increase in the handle angle compared to the beginning of the test shall be less than 3°; the increase in the lifting time shall not exceed 20% of the specified value; if the parts of the hydraulic suspension system are replaced during the test, the newly replaced parts must undergo 300,000 durability tests. 3.16 The flow and pressure of the hydraulic output shall meet the requirements of the instruction manual of the matching tractor. 3.17 If the user complies with the installation, maintenance and use specified in the instruction manual, within 15 months from the date of delivery, if the hydraulic suspension system fails to work properly due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. Test method Test conditions and test methods shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6714.2.5 Inspection rules Each hydraulic suspension system installed on a tractor shall be inspected in accordance with Articles 3.11 to 3.14 of this standard. The inspection results shall be added to the output of the inspection. The type test stipulates that 2 units are required, and both units shall be subjected to performance tests. After passing the test, one unit shall be selected for durability test 5.2
5.3 Upon delivery, the user may conduct sampling inspection according to this standard. Durability can be evaluated based on the test report with a validity period of one year provided by the quality supervision and inspection unit.
