Some standard content:

JB/T 7893.2--1999
This standard is a revision of JB/T7894-95 "Screen for TZ Vertical Vibrating Centrifuge". During the revision, the original standard was edited, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/T7894--95 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Mining Screen Factory. The drafters of this standard: Guo Zhenwei, Huang Jialin. This standard was first issued in June 1986 as GB6066--85, and was adjusted to JB/T7894-95528 in April 1996.

4 Technical requirements
JB/T 7893.2---1999
4.1 The screen shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the production drawings approved by the prescribed procedures and complete process documents. 4.2 All welds of the screen must be firm and free of defects such as leaking welds, cracks and pores, and the welding slag shall be removed. 4.3 The joints of the screen surface shall be smooth and flat, the roughness of the working surface shall not exceed Ra12.5μm, and the height difference between the working surfaces of two adjacent screen bars shall not exceed 0.1mm.
4.4 The screen gap deviation of the screen shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
Basic size of screen gap
Three 80% of the screen gap
0. 50~~ 0. 75
>0. 75~~1. 00
Screen gap deviation
≤10% of the screen gap
4.5 The other sizes of the screen shall comply with the V grade requirements in GB/T1804. ≤10% of the screen difference
4.6 The screen shall be statically balanced. The static unbalanced moment of the L.ZS-12 screen shall not exceed 0.055N·m, and the static unbalanced moment of the LZS-14 screen shall not exceed 0.110N·m.
4.7 Except for stainless steel materials, all matching processing surfaces of the screen shall be coated with anti-rust oil, and the rest shall be coated with anti-rust paint. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Visual inspection of the appearance quality of the mesh welding, and inspection of the strength of the welding points according to the records of the physical and chemical tests of the materials. 5.2 The geometric dimensions of the mesh are measured with a conventional measuring tool with a scale value of 1mm. 5.3 The roughness of the working surface of the mesh is visually inspected. 5.4 The mesh gap deviation is measured with a feeler gauge. Each mesh is inspected on two symmetrical screen surfaces. Each screen surface is taken from the upper and lower sections. 100 screen gaps are continuously inspected in each section. The inspection results should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.5 The height difference between the working surfaces of adjacent screen bars is measured with a dry gauge. 5.6 The roughness of the working surface of the screen bars is visually inspected. 5.7 Each mesh must pass the quality inspection of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and a product certificate should be attached when it leaves the factory. 5.8 Contents of factory inspection:
a) Screen geometry;
b) Screen gap deviation;
c) Welding quality;
d) Screen surface quality;
e) Static unbalanced moment.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each screen must be hung with a product certificate and stamped on the upper end face, indicating the following: a) Product model;
b) Factory number;
c) Manufacturer name.
6.2 The screen should be packed in wooden boxes, and the box should be lined with waterproof materials. The packaging should meet the requirements of water or land transportation. 530
JB/T 7893.2---1999
The storage and transportation graphic signs of the packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB191, and the text signs shall include the following: 6.3
a) Name of the shipping station and the name of the shipping unit;
b) Name of the receiving station and the name of the receiving unit;
c) Product name and quantity;
d) Gross weight and net weight:
e) Shipping number.
6.4 The screen should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive place. 531
