GB/T2838--1987 Sampling sequence and sampling table for batch inspection (applicable to the next consecutive batch of inspection) GB/T1009 5-1988 Disconnection bearing gear precision 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The gear should meet the standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the standard procedure. 3.2 Gear material and hardness Medium carbon steel: 26IIRC: Ball: 30-300HBC. 3.3 The surface roughness of the gear should not be less than the following requirements: a) The surface size of both ends is 0.8μm: b) The R of the tooth circle surface, tooth profile surface, and gear shaft (or inner hole) surface is 1.6um. 3.4 The required manufacturing accuracy of the gear should not be less than 5GK and should comply with the provisions of GB/10095. 3.5 The size tolerance of the gear hole is [T7; the size tolerance of the shaft is IT6. It should comply with the provisions of Table 1 of GB/T10095-1988. 3.6 The radial runout of the cylindrical surface of the pump gear facing the gear matching hole (or shaft) shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10095-1988 Table 10. 3. Only after the inspection is qualified and the product certificate is issued can it leave the factory. 4.2 The manufacturing quality of the oil pump gear shall be inspected according to the items listed in Table 1. Table 1 Quality inspection items 4. When the ordering unit randomly inspects the oil pump gear products, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of BT2828. The AQL value of the qualified quality level shall be agreed upon by both parties. 5. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5.1 The gears of the oil pump must be cleaned and oil-sealed, sealed, and rust-proofed before packaging. 5.2 The packed gears of the oil pump must be packed in cartons or wooden boxes and ensure that they will not be damaged during transportation. The total weight of the gears shall not exceed 50kg. Simple packaging may also be used if the shipping unit agrees. 5.3 Each tray shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and a certificate signed by the inspector.
