Appearance and basic requirements
Use monthly tests to check whether the appearance quality of the packaging meets the requirements. 5.2 Stacking test
According to the provisions of GB/T4857.3, the stacking time is 24h. The stacking load P is calculated according to formula (1): H-h ||tt ||Where:
The stacking load imposed on the package, in grams (kg): Deterioration coefficient, K=1;
Stacking height, H=3m:
-Height of a single package, in meters (tm); The mass of a single package after it is filled with articles, in kilograms (kg): (H-h)/h-round to the integer.
5.3 Drop test
According to the provisions of G/T4857.5, the following conditions shall be met: GB19268-2021
.( 1 )
The container is filled with a simulant with a bulk density similar to the xenon compound to be loaded, which is not less than 95% of its volume. The drop test height is a
b) The drop position of the steel drum is the intersection of the drum top curling edge and the drum body weld, the intersection of the drum top closure and the drum body, the drum body seam, and the intersection of the drum bottom curling edge and the drum body weld. The first drop: The container hits the impact plate obliquely with the convex edge: If the container has no convex edge, it hits the peripheral seam or edge. The second drop: The container should hit the impact plate 1 with the weakest part that has not been tested in the first drop: 3 steel drums are used for each drop, a total of 5 steel drums Barrel: The wooden intermediate bulk container shall be dropped onto a hard, inelastic, smooth, flat and horizontal surface. The dropping shall be carried out in such a way that the base of the wooden intermediate bulk container is considered to be the weakest part as the impact point: 5.4 Bottom lifting test
5.4.1 Preparation before the test
The intermediate bulk container shall be loaded to 1.25 times the maximum permissible total weight of H, with the load evenly distributed. 5.4.2 Test method
The intermediate bulk container shall be lifted and lowered twice by a vehicle, and the head shall be inserted into three quarters of the way of entry: The test shall be repeated from every possible direction of entry.

Number of samplings for type inspection 6.4.1 Factory inspection The inspection is carried out item by item in accordance with the requirements of this standard. If one of the items is unqualified, the sample is judged as unqualified. When the number of unqualified samples is equal to or greater than the unqualified number specified in Table 6, the batch of products is judged as unqualified. Unqualified: 6.4.2 Type inspection is carried out item by item according to the requirements of this standard. If one item is not qualified, the sample is judged to be unqualified. When the number of unqualified samples is equal to or greater than the number of unqualified judgments specified in Table 7, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 6.5 Handling of unqualified batches
After the cyanide packages in the unqualified batches are removed, they are submitted for inspection again, and the strictness remains unchanged. 7 Labeling, transportation and purchase and storage
7.1 The quality supervision department of the product manufacturer shall inspect according to this standard and issue a certificate of conformity. Each cyanide package shall be marked with a durable, easily recognizable, appropriately positioned and appropriately sized mark compared to the container in accordance with the requirements of GB19270 and relevant competent authorities. Each batch of packages shall have a certificate of conformity
7.2 Dangerous goods packaging marks and packaging storage and transportation graphic marks shall be pasted or sprayed on the cyanide packages in accordance with GB190 and G13/T191. 7.3 Avoid falling during transportation and avoid collision with hard and sharp objects. 7.4 Xenon compound packaging should be stored under a canopy to avoid exposure to sunlight, rain and moisture. 7.5 From the time of production to the time of filling the contents, the storage shelf life of xenon compound packaging for domestic use is 2 years, and the storage shelf life of packaging for export is 1 year. Packaging that exceeds the corresponding storage shelf life should be re-inspected.The stacking load P is calculated according to formula (1): H-h
Wherein:
The stacking load imposed on the package, in grams (kg): Deterioration coefficient, K=1;
Stacking height, H=3m:
-The height of a single package, in meters (tm); The mass of a single package after filling the article, in kilograms (kg): (H-h)/h-round to the integer.
5.3 Drop test
According to the provisions of G/T4857.5, the following conditions shall be met: GB19268-2021
. (1)
The container shall contain a simulant with a bulk density similar to that of the xenon compound to be loaded, which is not less than 95% of its volume.
Second drop: The container shall impact on impact plate 1 at the weakest part that has not been tested in the first drop: Use 3 steel drums for each drop, a total of 5 steel drums: The wooden intermediate bulk container shall be dropped onto a hard, inelastic, smooth, flat and horizontal surface. The dropping method shall be such that the base of the wooden intermediate bulk container, which is considered to be the weakest part, is the impact point: 5.4 Bottom lifting test
5.4.1 Preparation before the test
The intermediate bulk container shall be filled to 1.25 times the maximum permissible total weight of H, with the load evenly distributed. 5.4.2 Test method
The intermediate bulk container shall be lifted and lowered twice by a vehicle, and the plunger shall be inserted three-quarters of the way in the direction of entry: The test shall be repeated from each possible direction of entry.

Xenon packaging production should be subject to type inspection when one of the following situations occurs: a)
Trial type identification for new product production or old product conversion: After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and technology that may affect product performance; when normal production is stopped, every six months;
When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension;
