Figure 5 Nominal capacity GB/T 15170-94 4.2.5 Round tanks of special specifications and varieties can be delivered by the supplier and the buyer in accordance with the contract. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Basic requirements 5.1.1 Appearance requirements The inner and outer surfaces of the round tank should be smooth and round without rust. The curling edge should be uniform without wrinkles, burrs or iron tongues. The weld should be uniform and neat without slag, and the paint film should be of uniform color without obvious defects such as wrinkles, pools, sagging or exposed bottom. The printed pattern and text shall be clear and correct, and the overprint shall be accurate. 5.1.2 The structural dimensions of the round can shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 of this standard. 5.1.3 The round can shall be equipped with a closure and shall comply with the provisions of GB13251. The height of the closure after assembly shall be lower than the curling edge. 5.1.4 The performance of the oil cover, coating, sealing material, steel plate and steel wire for the can shall comply with the relevant national standards. 5.1.5 Hygiene requirements The sealing material and internal coating of the round can used to hold food, food additives or medicines must comply with the Food Hygiene Law and relevant standards and regulations. 5.2 Performance requirements 5.2.1 The values of the can airtightness test, hydraulic test and drop test are shown in Table 6. Table 6 Postal code (table positive) Before capping Hydraulic pressure, kPa Falling height, m 5.2-2 Wine can stacking test The stacking test height of round cans is 3.0m. After inspection, there is no cracking and leakage or deformation that causes unstable stacking. Round cans below 0.5L (including 0.5L) are not subject to this test. 5.2.3 Beam and ring strength test Round cans should be able to withstand a test load equivalent to one times the nominal capacity of water. After inspection, the beam and ring should not fall off or crack. 6 Test method 6.1 Structural dimensions and appearance inspection Use general measuring tools to detect structural dimensions and daily test to check appearance quality. 6.2 Airtightness test · For round tanks of categories 1 and 2, this test is carried out with pressure test equipment before locking. The test method for round tanks after locking is the same as that for categories 3 and 4. Install a pressure gauge (the pressure gauge range is α~60kPa, and the accuracy is not less than 1.5) on the top of the round tanks of categories 3 and 4 and connect it to the compressed air source. The installation of each part should be firm to ensure good sealing. Then fill the round tank with compressed air, and immerse it in water after reaching the specified pressure value and maintaining constant pressure for 2 minutes, or apply soap solution on the manufacturing seams, curling edges, closures, etc. After the pressure is released, the tank shape remains unchanged, and there is no leakage after inspection. 6.3 Hydraulic test This test is not carried out for round tanks of categories 1, 2.5, and 6. Install a pressure gauge (the basic range of the pressure gauge is 0-200kPa and the accuracy is not less than Class 2) on the 31 type circular seam. The connection is the same as in 6.2. Then start the hydraulic pump and pump the pressure to less than 30kPa. The output pressure should be stable. Fill the circle with water to reach the specified pressure value and maintain constant pressure for 5 minutes. After inspection, there is no leakage. 6.4 Drop test CB/T 15170-94 According to the provisions of GB/T1857.5, fill each sample with the contents according to the requirements of Table 7. The core of the circle is not pre-treated with temperature and humidity. The drop position is shown in Table 7. .1,2,5,6 Contents Dry sand and sawdust Filling 95% of capacity 95% of capacity Density.kg/m2 Change position Select 6 points on the edge and 5-6 lines For Class 3 and 4 round purchases, drill a small hole at the appropriate position after dropping to balance the internal and external pressures. After 5 minutes, check for leakage. 6.5 Stacking test The stacking test is carried out according to the method specified in GB/T4847.3. The added load is determined by the following formula: F =K(H-h)W/h Wherein; F—stacking load, N stacking height, m; round height, m weight of round cans after loading items, N; K——deterioration coefficient, value 1. 6.6 Handle beam and handle ring strength test Hang the handle beam or handle ring by appropriate method, load to the specified value, and keep it for 5 minutes. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The quality inspection department of round can production shall inspect the products according to the provisions of this standard and issue a certificate of conformity. 7.2 Round can inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 Factory inspection The airtightness test items in 5.1.1.5.1.2 and 5.2.1 of this standard are factory inspection items. 7.2.2 Type inspection 7.2.2.1 The technical requirements specified in this standard are type inspection items. 7.2.2.2 Type inspection conditions Type inspection should be carried out when the following conditions are met in the production of round cans: a. Trial production and identification of new products or conversion of old products; b. After the suspension of production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; c. In normal production, once every quarter; d When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension, e. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the previous type inspection results; When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.3 Round cans should be inspected in batches. The production plant takes the output per shift as a batch, and the user takes the delivery quantity as a batch. The inspection batch should consist of products of the same model, grade, type and production conditions. According to GB/T 2828, the sampling plan should be selected as a sampling plan for regular inspection. 7.4 The basic requirements specified in 5.1.1.5.1.2 and 5.1.3 of this standard have an inspection level of special inspection level S-2 and a qualified quality level of 6.5. The number of samples to be drawn should comply with the provisions of Table 8. 7.5 The inspection items specified in 5.2 of this standard have an inspection level of special inspection level S-2 and a qualified quality level of 2.5. The number of samples to be drawn should comply with the provisions of Table 9.
