The standard solutions, impurity standard solutions, preparations and products in this test method are prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T601, GB/T602 and GB/T503 unless otherwise specified. The experimental water should meet the specifications of Grade 3 water in GB/T6682. 4.1 Appearance
It should be white to slightly red powder
4. 2 Content (CHO,)
Weigh about 4g of sample, place in a sulfuric acid vacuum dryer, dry to constant weight, weigh 1.5g of constant weight sample (accurate to 0.0001g) and place in a 500L volumetric flask, add water to dissolve and dilute to the scale, mix well, absorb 25.00mL, transfer to a 500L sildenafil flask, add 50.00mL of Australian standard solution (c(1 / 6KBrOg)=0.1 mol/L), add 50mL of water and 5mL of hydrochloric acid, immediately seal and vibrate, then release the volume for 5min, cool to below 20, quickly add 10mL of potassium iodide solution (200g/L), shake immediately, and place in a dark place for 10min. Titrate with sodium thiosulfate standard solution (c(Na,S,Og)=0.1mol/L). Near the hour, add 3 mL of starch indicator (10 g/L) and continue to set until the blue color of the solution disappears. At the same time, do a blank test. The content is calculated according to formula (1):
(V1-)×c×0.01835
×100
Wherein: X is the mass percentage of diphenol, %; V is the volume of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution consumed in the blank test, mL; i is the volume of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution consumed by the sample, mL: (1)
is the actual concentration of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution, mol/L; — is equivalent to 1.00 mL of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution [c(Na,S,Og)=1.000mol/L), expressed in grams. 0.018 35-
shows the mass of the extracted diphenol:
m--sample mass, g.
4.3 Melting point range
Determine according to the provisions of GB/T 617,
4. 4 Dissolution test
Weigh 2.5 g sample (condensed to 0.01 g), add 50 mL ethanol solution (50%) to dissolve, and its turbidity shall not be greater than the No. 4 clarity standard specified in HG/T3-1168. 4.5 Residue after ignition
Weigh 10g sample (accurate to 0.01g), place in a crucible weighed at 60±5℃, and measure according to the provisions of Article 4.1 of GB/T9741. The result is calculated according to the provisions of Article 5 of GB/T9741 (residue is reserved)2
HG /T 2633 94
4.6 Merchant
Weigh 1g sample (accurate to 0.01g)), dissolve in 10mL water without carbon dioxide, add 0.05mL cresol green indicator solution (1g/L), and then add 0.05mL sodium hydroxide standard solution (c(NaOH)=0.1ol/L), the solution should be blue. 4.7 Iron
Take the residue after the determination in Article 4.5, add 1mL hydrochloric acid to dissolve (heat if necessary), and dilute with water to 100mL (solution is reserved). Take 5mL of solution, add 10mL of water, adjust the pH value of the solution to 2 with ammonia water (10%), and determine the red color according to the provisions of GB/T9739. It shall not be darker than the standard comparison solution. The preparation of the standard comparison solution is to take the iron standard solution containing 0.005mFc and treat it in the same way as the residue. 4.8 Heavy gold (in terms of Pb)
Take 5mL of the diluted solution (4.7), add 10mL of water, and adjust the pH value of the solution to 4 with ammonia water (10%). About 100 mL, add 0.2 mL acetic acid solution (30%), dilute to 25 mL, according to the provisions of GB/T9735, the dark color should not be darker than the standard comparison solution. The preparation of the standard comparison solution is to take the lead standard solution containing 0.005 mg Pb, dilute to 15 mL, and treat it with the same volume of sample solution.
4.9 Biphenyl diphenol and phenol
Weigh 1 g sample (accurate to 0.01 g), add 10 mL water, heated to 60 7. No phenol smell should be produced. 4.10 Photographic performance
Measured by the method agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5 Inspection rules
Sampling and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T619. 6 Packaging and marking
In accordance with the provisions of EG/T3-119, among which:
Inner packaging form: Xz2, Xz-3;
Outer packaging form: W,--1, w--2;
