Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T6212-1992 Method for Compiling Models of Appliance Switches Published on June 16, 1992 Implementation by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 1, 1993 Method for Compiling Models of Appliance Switches of the People's Republic of China Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the composition of appliance switch models and the principles for their compilation. This standard applies to the compilation of models of various types of appliance switches (hereinafter referred to as switches). Referenced Standards JB/T5661 3 Terminology Terms of Appliance Switches The definitions of switch types and related terms involved in this standard comply with the provisions of JB/T5661. 4 Model structure 0-0/xx JB/T6212-1992 Auxiliary code (expressed in Chinese Pinyin capital letters or Arabic numerals)Specification code (expressed in Arabic numerals) Design code (expressed in Arabic numerals) Feature code (expressed in Chinese Pinyin capital letters)Category code (expressed in Chinese Pinyin capital letters)Appliance switch (can be omitted) Model compilation principles Category codewww.bzxz.net The category code represents the category attribute of the switch and is expressed by a Chinese Pinyin capital letter, as shown in Table 1. Table Characterizing categories Code letters Attached switches Independently installed switches Soft cord switches Micro-ohm structure switches Electronic switches Split switches exist in conjunction with appliances and cannot be independent switches, so they do not have separate models. Note: ① Electronic switches use the letter E, which is consistent with the internationally commonly used letter -. Optional switches 5.1.2 Switch categories not listed in Table 1 can be supplemented according to category types. In principle, the code letters of the supplementary categories should use the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the first Chinese character of the represented category. When the code is repeated, the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the second Chinese character is used. If there is still a repetition, the second and third letters of the first or second Chinese character are selected in order. However, the three characters "1", "0" and "X" shall not be used in the code. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 16, 1992 Implementation on January 1, 1993 JB/T6212-1992 5.1.3 If the switch has multiple types of attributes, the most representative code letter should be selected. 5.2 Characteristic Code Characteristic Code Table The operating mode of the switch is represented by a capital letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet, see Table 2. 5.2.1 Operating mode represented by the code letter 5.2.2 For operating modes not listed in Table 2, appropriate letters shall be selected as characteristic codes according to the same principle as Article 5.1.2. Y 5.3 Design code 5.3.1 Design codes are used to represent the same category , switches with the same specifications and the same operating method have differences in structural design, appearance and installation dimensions, ambient temperature limits, pollution levels, PTI values and number of operating cycles. 5.3.2 The design code is represented by 1 to 5 Arabic numerals and is issued uniformly by the switch model management department. 5.4 Specification code 5.4.1 The specification code represents the rated current of the switch in A (ampere), and is represented by Arabic numerals with a maximum of 3 digits. See Table 3, Table Rated current Digital code 634032251610642 634032251610642 004:003 When the rated current is different from that listed in Table 3, the appropriate number shall be selected as the specification code according to the same principle. 5.4.2 5.4.3 The switch has When there are several groups of rated values, the maximum rated current value corresponding to the highest rated voltage shall be selected as the specification code. 5.4.4 For AC/DC dual-purpose switches, the DC rated value shall be used as the specification code. 5.4.5 The rated current of the basic resistive load shall be used as the specification code for all switches. 001 Note: For loads other than the basic resistive load, such as incandescent load, motor load, capacitive load, etc., the rated current or surge current of each load shall be indicated in the current symbol and shall not be selected as the specification code. Auxiliary code 5.5.1 Auxiliary codes are used to supplement the description of certain structural features, control objects, derivative products, etc. of the switch, and are represented by Chinese pinyin letters and Arabic numerals, with a maximum of 5 digits. For example: the number of poles and digits can be represented by the corresponding Arabic numerals: automatic reset can be represented by the Chinese pinyin letter F; automatic reset with self-locking device can be represented by the Chinese pinyin letter A. The phonetic letter S is used to represent the switch; the one that can be switched forward and backward is represented by a letter; the deep-seated products can be distinguished by the letters A, B, C, D, etc.; the one dedicated to a specific appliance can be represented by the appropriate Chinese phonetic letter representing the appliance, etc. The specific provisions are stipulated by the standards of various switch products. 5.5.2 When the size of the switch is too small to list all the codes in the model and structure in sequence, the auxiliary code is allowed to be listed in a separate line. 5.5.3 When it does not cause misunderstanding, the auxiliary code is allowed to be omitted in the technical documents. Model Example Example 1: A push button switch with a design code of 2, installed in an appliance, has a rated voltage of 220V AC, a basic resistive load rated current of 10A, a motor load rated current of 4A, 2 poles, automatic reset and self-locking, and its model is: FA210/2S Example 2: A flip switch with a design code of 9, installed in an appliance. There are several groups of rated values: when AC 220V, the basic resistive load rated current is 1A; when DC 220V, the basic resistive load rated current is 1A; when DC 110V, the basic resistive load rated current is 2A, single pole, its model is: FD9-1/1 Example 3: A push-to-pull soft wire switch with a design code of 3 controls 2 gears of resistive load (total 3 positions including the disconnect position), the rated voltage is AC 220V, the maximum The maximum rated current is 0.4A, 2 poles, and its model is: RU3-04/23 Example 4: A rotary selector switch with a design code of 5, 2 poles and 4 positions, is rated at AC 220V, and the maximum resistive rated current is 2A. Its model is: SZ5-2/24 7 Others 7.1 The switch model should be formulated in accordance with the principles specified in this standard. The design (manufacturing) unit shall apply for it in accordance with the provisions of the "Applicant Method for Applicant Switch Model" and it will become effective only after being reviewed and issued. 7.2 The same product shall not have 2 or more different models. 7.3 Different products shall not have the same model. 7.4 When the appearance and structure of the product have changed significantly, or the technical performance indicators have been significantly improved, a new model should be assigned. Additional notes: This standard is proposed and managed by the Appliance Switch Branch of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Accessories. This standard is drafted by the Shanghai Electric Tool Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Qian Naizhi and Dai Hong. 3 People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard Method for compiling the model of appliance switches JB/T 6212—1992 Published and issued by the Mechanical Science Research Institute Printed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute (No. 2 Shouti South Road, Beijing Postal Code 100044) Format 880×1230 Printing Sheet x/X School Number xXX, xXX 19XX, Xth Printing 19XX, Xth Edition Printing Number 1-XXX Price XXX.XX Yuan XX-XXX Mechanical Industry Standard Service Network: http:/wwwJB.ac.cn66_9 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
