3.1 Inspection before starting
3.1.1 Power distribution system
a. Is the power supply voltage normal?
b. Are the air switches of the power panel in the required position? 3.1.2 Instrument control system
a. Are the valves of each instrument in the required position?b. Are the operating switches of the control panel in the required position?c. Is the safety alarm system sensitive, safe and reliable?d. Are the safety accessories within the validity period of the calibration? 3.1.3 Water supply system
a. Are the inlet and outlet valves of the wet steam generator in the open position: h. Is the water treatment running normally and the water quality qualified? c. Are the plunger pump and water supply pressure normal? 3.1.4 Combustion system
Are the fuel pressure and temperature normal?
3.1.5 Lubrication system
Is the lubricating oil level normal?
3.2 Preparation before starting
Close the main power switch
4 Start ignition
4.1 Close the control power switch and start the air compressor. 4.2 Press the start button: Check the interlock system, then close the interlock switch: Press the start button again. 4.3 After the Du Han pump is started, observe the steam pressure gauge display, and when the blower is started for pre-purge, check whether the operation of each electrical appliance and pump is normal: the pre-purge time should not be less than 5 minutes. 4.4 After the pre-purge is completed, the ignition program is operated to ignite the pilot fire. After the pilot fire ignites the main flame, observe whether the combustion of the furnace flame is normal.
SY 602494
4.5 Adjust the fire switch to the high fire position, and then gradually adjust the water volume knob and the fire volume knob to make the steam dryness meet the requirements. 5 Operation
5.1 During operation, record the operating parameters once an hour and adjust them in time to ensure safe operation. The record should at least include the contents of Appendix A (Supplement) of this standard.
5.2 The steam dryness should be analyzed once an hour. 5.3 Analyze the CO, and 0, content in the flue gas once a week. 5.4 The on-duty personnel shall check the running equipment once every hour and keep track of the running status of the equipment at any time. 5.5 Observe the flame burning situation once every hour through the front and rear fire viewing holes and adjust it to the best state in time. 5.6 Drain the accumulated water and dirty oil in the air compressor storage tank and separator at least once every 8 hours. 5.7 The safety valve shall be calibrated at least once a year, and the pressure gauge shall be calibrated at least once every six months. 5.8 The safety alarm device shall be tested and calibrated with the major, medium and minor repairs of the equipment. The running status shall be checked at any time during operation, and the calibration and maintenance shall be carried out in time if any abnormality is found.
6 Shutdown
.1 Normal shutdown
6.1.1 First, switch the flame switch to the low fire position, turn off the interlock switch, and perform post-purge. The post-purge time should not be less than 20nmin, and the fuel valve shall be closed in time. Do not extinguish the fire sharply. 6.1.2 Open the vent valve and close the steam outlet valve. 6.2 Long-term shutdown
When the furnace is shut down for a long time, the provisions of Article 8.8 of SY5854 shall apply. 6.3 Emergency shutdown
The emergency shutdown of the wet steam generator shall comply with the provisions of Article 8.7 of SY5854. 7 Accident handling
7.1 Emergency shutdown handling
7.1.1 Stop the plunger pump, open the vent valve immediately, and then close the steam outlet valve and fuel valve. 7.1.2 Start the blower to purge the furnace: reduce the furnace temperature. 7.2 Power failure handling
7.2.1 When the furnace is shut down due to power failure, immediately open the vent valve and close the steam outlet valve. 7.2.2 Use spare lighting equipment, pay attention to monitoring pressure and temperature, and immediately find out the cause of the power failure. 7.2.3 Use the water level pressure of the water tank to cool the furnace film. 7.3 Treatment of water outage
When the furnace is shut down due to water outage, the treatment shall be carried out in accordance with Article 7.1 of this standard. 7.4 Treatment of pipe burst
7.4.1 Immediately stop the plunger pump, close the steam outlet valve, pump inlet valve and fuel valve. 7.4.2 Start the blower to purge the furnace and reduce the furnace temperature. 7.4.3 Open the drain valves of the radiation section and convection section to drain the water accumulated in the furnace. 2
