1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG / T 2375 -- 92
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of glass horizontal storage containers. This standard applies to glass horizontal storage containers with a nominal pressure equal to or less than 0.6MPa, a nominal volume of 3000L to 30000L, and a medium temperature of 0℃ to 150℃.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of glass horizontal storage containers shall be in accordance with this standard, GB150 and ZBG94004. The product quality classification shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZBG94007.
4.2 The connected glass liquid level gauge and the nozzle shall be on the same vertical plane, and the vertical center line deviation is ±1.0mm. 4.3 For the sugar glass wave surface gauge with a length greater than 1500mm, a fulcrum shall be added in the middle of the liquid level gauge to support it on the head. 4.4 Before carrying out the firing: weld several ear plates on the saddle position (the size and number of the ear plates shall be determined according to the actual firing situation, so as not to affect the firing quality), and then carry out the firing. Weld the ear plate to the saddle plate or use a disassembled saddle. 5 Labels, factory documents, packaging, transportation
