This standard replaces FZ/T73005--1991 "Combed wool type chemical fiber knitting goods". The level of the first-class products in the standard is equivalent to the domestic advanced level. Compared with FZ/T73005-1991, the main changes are as follows: Scope of application: Applicable to low-wool blended knitwear with a wool content of less than 30% and non-wool fiber pure or blended wool-like knitwear. The technical requirements add requirements for product safety; the first-class product and the second-class product are divided into two grades; the intrinsic quality and appearance quality are used as the basis for product grading. The single-piece weight deviation rate in the intrinsic quality evaluation is changed to be in accordance with the contract between the supply and demand parties, and the assessment of the relaxation size change rate is added. The color fastness index level is the same as FZ/T73018-2002 "Wool Knitwear"; the appearance quality evaluation, inspection rules, and packaging marks are all implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of FZ/T73018-2002 "Wool Knitwear". Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard is proposed by the China Textile Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Wool Textile Branch of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Textiles (CSBTS/TC209/SC3). 3 Technical requirements
Technical requirements include safety requirements, grading regulations, and evaluation of intrinsic quality and appearance quality. 3.1 Safety requirements
The safety of low-wool blended and wool-like knitted fabrics shall comply with the requirements of relevant mandatory national standards. 3.2 Grading regulations
The grades of low-wool blended and wool-like knitted fabrics are based on the unit of piece, and are comprehensively evaluated according to the inspection results of internal quality and appearance quality, and the lowest one is used to determine the grade. They are divided into first-class products and second-class products. Those lower than second-class products are substandard products. 3.3 Evaluation of internal quality
3.3.1 The evaluation of internal quality is based on batches (each delivery unit of the same product is a batch). 459

Note 1: Washing resistance, sweat stain resistance and water resistance are tested by staining of two pieces of fiber cloth. For pure spinning products, one piece is the same fiber cloth as the product fiber, and the other piece is cotton cloth. For blended products, the staining is the same fiber cloth as the two main blended fibers. Note 2: The color fastness to light of underwear products is a reference indicator. 4.1 Sampling regulations
4.1.1 The same raw material composition, yarn count, machine number, organizational structure, and finishing method are the same variety. 4.1.2 Samples for physical index testing should be taken from the finished products of the same variety, 2 pieces for every 5,000 pieces or less, and 2 pieces for every additional 5,000 pieces.
4.1.3 Samples for color fastness testing should include all color numbers of the same variety. 4.1.4 Samples for single piece weight testing should be taken from 3% of the batch (minimum not less than 10 pieces), and different color numbers should be picked and matched. 160
4.2 Test methods for each single item

4.2.7 The fiber content test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2910.GB/T2911GB/T16988 and FZ/T01026, and calculated in accordance with the official moisture regain (the decorative fibers that do not damage the overall structure of the product after removal shall not be included in the content calculation, but it shall be noted that "except for decoration"), and the official moisture regain shall be carried out in accordance with GB9994.
