Some standard content:

GB/T4437.12000
This standard is based on GB/T4437-1984 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded tubes" and is compiled in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1--1993.
The new version has major changes in the following contents: ·Add "Foreword", add "Scope", "Cited Standards" and "Contract Contents". Chapter 1 "Varieties" of the original standard is cancelled according to the requirements of GB'T1:1, and the remaining contents are merged into the various articles of Chapter 3 "Requirements" of this standard. The newly promulgated alloy grades and state numbers of the country are adopted, and several commonly used foreign alloy grades are added; the unit of mechanical performance indicators is MPa; the mechanical performance indicators and column methods of the introduced alloys use the data and regulations in ASTMB221M:1995, ASTMB241M:1995, JISH4080:1988, ISO6362-2:1990; the original standard 3.7 nitrate salt trace test method is cancelled. This standard replaces GB/T4437-1984 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the State Bureau of Nonferrous Metals Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standard Metrology and Quality Research Institute. The drafting unit of this standard is Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Liying, Wang Guojun and Liang Yan. 532

5.4.1 If the chemical composition is unqualified, the melt (or batch) is judged to be unqualified. If the size and appearance quality are unqualified, it is a single piece unqualified. 5.4.2 If the mechanical properties are unqualified, double the number of samples (including the original unqualified pipes) should be taken from the batch (furnace) for re-inspection. If the re-inspection results are unqualified, the whole batch is judged to be unqualified. However, the batch of materials can be inspected by the supplier, and the qualified ones will be delivered. Or perform heat treatment and re-sample. 5.4.3 Macrostructure Even if one sample fails to meet the standard, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch of pipes for repeated inspection. If the repeated test results still fail, the batch will be scrapped. However, the supplier is allowed to check each pipe and deliver the qualified ones. If the pipes fail to meet the standard due to stratification or shrinkage, they should be cut until the macrostructure meets the standard.
5.4.4 If the microstructure fails to meet the standard, the batch (heat treatment furnace) is judged to be unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking

6.1.1 The marking of the packaging box of pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3199. 6.1.2 For pipes with an outer diameter greater than 35 mm, the following marks should be stamped on the front end of each pipe: a) Inspection stamp of the supplier's technical supervision department;
b) Batch number;
c) Brand;
d) Status.
Note: For pipes that need to be delivered, the tail end of the extruded pipe shall be marked with "W\". 6.1.3 For pipes with an outer diameter of less than or equal to 35mm and a wall thickness of less than or equal to 7mm, at least five small signs or labels with the above marks shall be tied to the front end of the extruded pipe of each batch (box) of pipes to replace the above marks. 6.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
