:1997
This standard is a revision of GB3610-83 "Battery Zinc Cake" with reference to the standards of foreign battery zinc cake companies such as the American Star Company, Japan's "Panasonic" Battery Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation. During the revision, the chapter "Reference Standards" and "Order Form (or Contract)" was added. In the chapter "Requirements", the number of "Chemical Composition of Products" increased from one brand to three brands. The shape of zinc cakes was based on the original round zinc cakes: hexagonal zinc cakes were added; the nominal diameter size of round zinc cakes increased from 7 to 12; and three specifications were specified according to the nominal diagonal size of hexagonal zinc cakes. In the chapter "Inspection Rules", the contents of delivery, acceptance and arbitration sampling plan, sampling procedure, sample inspection, determination of inspection results and preparation method of chemical composition samples were added. At the same time, the contents of the chapter "Test Methods" were greatly revised. The level of chemical composition of zinc cakes in this standard is equivalent to that of battery zinc cake enterprise standards such as American Star Company, Japan Mitsubishi, and Panasonic. The inspection rules comply with the provisions of GB2828 and GB2829. The comprehensiveness of the standard The level has been greatly improved. The preparation method of this standard complies with the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Preparation".

5.4.2 Dial indicator measurement method First, place the burred zinc cake with the convex surface facing down on a clean flat surface. Use a dial indicator with an accuracy of 0.01mm to align the concave center of the zinc cake and adjust it to zero. Then turn the convex surface of the zinc cake upward and use a dial indicator to align the concave center. The measured value is the zinc cake arch value.
