During the test, wash and dry the bottle first, hang the bag of gas phase rust inhibitor, plug the rubber stopper, put it in a 50±1℃ oven for 2 hours, take it out, quickly hang the test piece treated according to 5.1 on the rubber stopper, cover the rubber stopper, record the number, and then put it in a 50±1℃ oven for 2 hours. At the same time, do a blank control test. After that, open the stopper again, and use a pipette to inject 15mL of distilled water. Then cover the stopper. Move the bottle to a 50±1℃ constant temperature box to start the test, and record the start time of the test. This test is heated for 8 hours a day, stopped for 16 hours, and 24 hours is a cycle. Check once a day, observe the rust of the test piece, and record the time when the rust occurs. Or wash it after the specified test time, check the rust and rate it.

Place the test surface of the treated test piece on a clean filter paper, press the concave surface of the test piece into a No. 9 rubber stopper, and the exposed part should not exceed 3mm. After pressing, wipe the test surface of the test piece with absorbent cotton or gauze soaked in anhydrous ethanol and blow dry with hot air. 5.4.4.2 Pour 10mL of glycerol aqueous solution (35W%) into the bottom of the wide-mouth bottle and adjust the relative humidity to 90%. The device is shown in Figure 3b. 5.4.4.3 For the vapor phase rust inhibitor used for spraying, grind it in a dry mortar, take 0.1g and put it in the glass container of the sprayer, use the sprayer (as shown in Figure 2) to spray about 0.05g of the vapor phase rust inhibitor from the glass tube 3 of Figure 3b, and then seal the glass tube 3 with tape. Then measure the amount of the sprayed vapor phase rust inhibitor. 5.4.4.4 For the vapor phase rust inhibitor not used for spraying, according to the device of Figure 3c, evenly spread 0.05g of the vapor phase rust inhibitor or 1 tablet (0.5g) of the vapor phase rust inhibitor in the device with a diameter of 40±2mm. Pour 10mL of glycerol aqueous solution (35W%) into the bottom of the wide-mouth bottle. 5.4.4.5 Place the test device at 20±2℃, and after 1 hour of H-type vapor phase rust inhibitor and 20 hours of L-type vapor phase rust inhibitor, fill the aluminum tube with ice water at a temperature of 2.0±0.5℃, and then keep it at 20±2℃ for 3 hours before pouring it out. Wipe the sample with absorbent cotton soaked in anhydrous ethanol, and check it immediately after drying. If there is no rust, it is qualified. At the same time, carry out a blank test. If the blank test piece is not rusted, the test shall be repeated. 5.4.4.6 The cleaning method of this test device shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.2.6. 2 Gas phase rust inhibitor should be packaged in iron drums lined with polyethylene film bags or brown glass bottles. External packaging should be corrugated boxes or wooden boxes. 7.2
7.3 The outer packaging box of vapor phase rust inhibitor should be marked with "Handle with Care" and "Prevent Moisture". 7.4 Use clean transportation tools with canopy during transportation, and do not drop the product packaging box from a high place during handling. 5 The vapor phase rust inhibitor should be sealed and properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow, acid, alkali and other chemicals, and avoid ground moisture and direct sunlight. Under the storage conditions that meet the above requirements, the anti-rust performance should still meet the requirements of this standard within one year from the date of production. If the storage and transportation are not properly If the product undergoes qualitative change or quality degradation due to non-compliance with the requirements, the relevant parties shall be responsible. 7.6 Vapor phase rust inhibitors should be used as soon as they are taken. If the agent cannot be used up at one time, it should be resealed and stored. Additional notes:
