1.2.2 The length of pipe supply is divided into irregular length and fixed length or multiple length. Issued by the State Administration of Standards on December 30, 1981
Soft (M),
Hard ()
Soft (M), Hard (Y)
The irregular length shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.
Fixed length or multiple lengths
1982-10-01 implementation
GB2882—81
The length should be within the range of non-fixed lengths and should be agreed upon in the contract. The length tolerance is +15mm. The multiple length should include the sawing amount when sawing segments, and each sawing amount is 5mm.
Other specifications and permissible deviations of pipes can be supplied upon agreement between the two parties. Table 3
1.3 Manufacturing method
>30 ~ 40
The manufacturing methods of pipes are divided into drawing and rolling. 1.4 Marking example
500~-4000
500~3000www.bzxz.net
The hard state tube drawn by NCu28-2.51.5 with an outer diameter of 12mm, a wall thickness of 1.5mm and a length of 3000mm is marked as: Tube NCu28-2.5-1.5Y12×1.5×3000GB 2882—812 Technical requirements
2.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the pipe shall conform to the provisions of N6, NCu28-2.5-1.5 and NCu40-2~1 in YB144—71 "Chemical Composition of Nickel and Nickel Alloy Processing Products".
2.2 Surface quality
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe should be smooth and clean, and should not have defects such as cracks, pinholes, peeling, bubbles, rough drawing, inclusions, delamination and green rust.
Minor, local scratches, pits, spots, fine drawing marks and pressed objects should not exceed the allowable deviation of the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe. Minor oxidation color, straightening marks and local water marks are not used as scrapping basis. The inner surface of the air-drawn pipe may not be smooth, but there should be no obvious air-drawn wrinkles. 2.3 End shape
The end of the pipe should be sawed flat, and slight burrs are allowed. The incision is allowed to have an inclination of no more than 2mm without causing the length of the pipe to exceed the allowable deviation.
2.4 Pipe straightness
The straightness of the hard state pipe shall comply with the provisions of Table 4; the straightness of the soft state pipe is not specified. Table 4
>30 ~ 40
2.5 Pipe out-of-roundness
The degree of non-straightness per meter shall not exceed
The out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness of hard pipes shall not exceed the allowable deviation of outer diameter and wall thickness. The out-of-roundness of soft pipes shall not be specified.
Mechanical properties
The results of the pipe tensile test shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 513
NCu28 -2.5 -1.5
NCu40 -2 -1
GB 2882—81
Material state
Tensile strength h, kgf/mm
Not less than
Elongation m, %
For NCu28-2.5--1.5 alloy hard state pipes used as sprinklers for agricultural aircraft, the tensile strength shall not be less than 66kgf/mm2 and the elongation shall not be less than 2%.
Test method and inspection rules
The pipes shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 3.1
Each batch of pipes shall be composed of the same brand, specification, manufacturing method and state. The batch weight shall not exceed 1000kg. 3.2
3.3 Each pipe shall be measured and visually inspected. 3.3.1 For pipes with an inner diameter of 20 mm or less, take 5 pipes from each batch and cut each pipe 50-100 mm long to inspect the inner surface. 8.3.2 For pipes with an inner diameter greater than 20 mm, take 5 pipes from each batch and inspect the inner wall by illuminating it with natural light or light. 3.3.3 For pipes with an inner diameter of 12 mm or less, take 5 pipes from each batch and cut each pipe 50-100 mm long to measure the wall thickness. For pipes with an inner diameter greater than 12 mm, check the wall thickness of each pipe.
3.4 Straightness measurement. Take 5 pipes from each batch for inspection. Place the pipe on a platform and measure it with a 1-meter ruler to measure the distance between the maximum bend of the pipe and the ruler.
Diameter.
Determination of out-of-roundness. Take 5 pipes from each batch for inspection. Use a micrometer to measure the maximum and minimum on the same cross section of the pipe. 3.6 Tensile test. Take 2 pipes from each batch and take one sample from each pipe. The tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method".
3.7 The arbitration analysis method of chemical composition shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB128-76 "Nickel Chemical Analysis Method" and YB596-65 "Nickel-Copper Alloy Chemical Analysis Method".
3.8 Even if the test result of one sample is unqualified, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch to re-test the unqualified item. If one sample is still unqualified in the re-test, the whole batch shall be scrapped or inspected one by one. The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB730-70 "General Methods for Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Heavy Nonferrous Metal Processing Products".
