Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements, inspection and measurement, selection, marking and other requirements of mixing transmission device with short coupling.
This standard is applicable to the connection between the output shaft of the reducer and the transmission shaft of the mixing transmission device, and allows the space left after the short coupling is disassembled without dismantling the reducer and the frame for loading and unloading the lower half coupling, the intermediate bearing box of the frame and the transmission shaft sealing device.

3.0.3The specifications of short-section coupling shall be determined according to the shaft diameter d of the upper end of the transmission shaft specified in HG21568. The shaft hole of the upper half coupling with short-section coupling shall be determined according to the shaft diameter of the selected reducer output shaft. It is allowed to use a combination of different shaft diameters of the reducer output shaft and the shaft diameter d of the upper end of the transmission shaft. When the shaft head size of the reducer output shaft is different from the shaft head di of the transmission shaft, only the shaft hole and keyway size of the upper coupling need to be adjusted accordingly, without affecting the selection of other dimensions and specifications of the coupling with short section.

Technical requirements
4.0.1 The unmarked dimensional tolerances of the coupling shall comply with Grade IT14 of GB1804, and the unmarked shape and position tolerances shall comply with Grade B of GB1184.
