This standard is a revision of JB/Z187.2~187.5-88 "Completeness of technological documentation and format of technological documentation". Only editorial changes were made during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/Z187.2~187.5-88 from the date of implementation. In this standard, Appendix A of JB/T9165.1 is a suggestive appendix: Appendix A and Appendix B of JB/T9165.3 are standard appendices. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the integrity requirements for commonly used process documents according to the production type and the complexity of the product. This standard is applicable to all machinery manufacturing enterprises. 2 General requirements
2.1 The process document is the main basis for guiding workers' operation and for production and process management. It must be correct, complete, unified and clear. 2.2 The types and contents of the process documents should be different according to the production nature, production type and complexity of the product. 2.3 The production nature of the product refers to prototype trial production, small batch trial production and formal batch production. Prototype trial production is mainly to verify the product design structure, and the process documents are not required to be complete. Each enterprise can determine it according to specific circumstances; small batch trial production is mainly to verify the process, so the process documents of small batch trial production should basically be the same as those of formal mass production. The difference is that the latter is more complete after being modified and supplemented after verification in the small batch trial production process.
2.4 Production type is a classification of the degree of production specialization of an enterprise (or workshop, section, team, work site). For the classification method of production type, please refer to Appendix A (Suggested Appendix).
2.5 The complexity of the product is determined by the product structure, precision and structural processability. Generally, it can be divided into simple products and complex products. The complexity is determined by each enterprise.
2.6 According to the different production types and product complexity, the integrity of commonly used process documents is stipulated (see Table 1). When using, each enterprise can increase or decrease according to its own process conditions and product needs. 3 Commonly used process documents
3.1 Product structure processability review record
A process document that records the processability review of product structure3.2 Process plan
A guiding document that proposes specific tasks and measures for process technology preparation based on product design requirements, production type and enterprise production capacity.
3.3 Product parts and components process route table
The process flow of all parts (components) of the product (except for purchased parts proposed by the design department) through the departments (departments, workshops, sections, groups or types of work) during the production process, for use by the process department and production planning and scheduling department. 3.4 Wood mold process card

3.36 Process drawing
Used in conjunction with process regulations to illustrate the application of simple drawings or charts for the processing or assembly of products or parts and components. 3.37 Process code
A basic operating procedure commonly used in a certain professional type of work. 3.38 Process key parts list
A process document that fills in the drawing number, name and key content of all the process key parts with strict technical requirements and high process difficulty in the product. 3.39 Process Quality Analysis Table
A process document used to analyze the influence of each characteristic value of the process quality control point, such as the operator, equipment, tooling, material, method, environment and other factors on the quality, so as to keep the processing quality in a good control state. 3.40 Process Quality Control Chart
A chart used to analyze and control the process quality control points according to the quality fluctuation factors. 3.41 Product Quality Control Point Detail Table
A process document that fills in the part drawing number, name and control point name of all the quality control points in the product. 3.42 Part and Component Quality Control Point Detail TableA process document that fills in all the quality control points, names, control items, control standards, technical requirements, etc. of a certain part (component). 3.43 Outsourced Parts Detail Table
A process document that fills in the drawing number, name and processing content of all outsourced parts in the product. 3.44 Matching parts list
A process document that fills in the drawing numbers, names and processing contents of all the parts and components that need to be matched or cooperated in the product. 3.45 () parts list
When the product does not use the parts (components) process route table or this table is not enough, it is necessary to compile a () parts list divided by workshop or type of work to guide the organization of production. For example: parts list for painting, heat treatment, optical parts processing, surface treatment, etc. 3.46 Purchased tool list
A process document that fills in the names, specifications and accuracy of all the tools and measuring tools that need to be purchased during the production process of the product. 3.47 Combination fixture list
A process document that fills in the numbers, names, etc. of all combination fixtures required during the production process of the product. 3.48 Enterprise standard tool list

Special tooling should have complete design documents, including special tooling design task book, assembly drawing, parts drawing, parts list, and instruction manual (simple special tooling can be described in the assembly drawing). 3.52 Material consumption process quota list
