2 Technical requirements
2.1 Chemical composition
GB 5188-85
The chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of H62 and H68 in YB146-71 "Chemical Composition of Brass Processing Products". 2.2 Surface Quality
2.2.1 The surface of the foil shall be smooth and clean, and shall not have any marks, folds, wear marks or traces of lubricating oil. 2.2.2 The edges of the foil shall not have burrs, notches or cracks. 2.2.3 Both ends of the foil roll shall be neat and clean, and shall not have any marks, pits or dirt. 2.2.4 The surface of the foil shall not have defects that exceed the allowable thickness deviation. 2.2.5 For foils with a thickness of 0.03mm or less, individual small pinholes are allowed when observed with the naked eye, but they shall not form strips or local accumulations.
2.2.6 For foils with a width of not more than 50mm, slight oxidation color is allowed, but it shall not exceed 20% of the total number of rolls. For foils with a width greater than 50 mm, oxidation color is allowed on the edge. 3 Test methods
3.1 The arbitration analysis method for the chemical composition of foils shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB54-76 "Chemical Analysis Method for Brass". 3.2 The surface quality of the foil shall be checked with the naked eye. 3.3 The thickness of the foil shall be measured with a micrometer dry ruler or a lever dry ruler, and the width shall be measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
4.1.1 The foil shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The buyer may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not conform to this standard, the buyer shall submit the internal quality to the supplier within two months from the date of receipt of the product, and the external dimensions and surface quality shall be submitted to the supplier within ten days from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 4.2 Batches
The foil shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of products of the same brand, specification and state. The batch weight should not exceed 1000kg. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of foil should be inspected for chemical composition, external dimensions and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
4.4.1 The analysis of chemical composition should be carried out on a sample taken from each batch of products (the manufacturer is allowed to report the analysis results of the ingot). 4.4.2 A sample of 3 to 5 meters in length should be taken from each roll of foil for dimensional measurement and surface quality inspection. 4.5 Repeated test
Even if the test result of one sample fails in each test, double samples should be taken from the batch to re-test the unqualified item. If one sample still fails in the re-test, the entire batch shall be scrapped or inspected roll by roll, and the qualified ones shall be individually batched for acceptance. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 Marking
The packaging box marking of foil materials shall comply with the provisions of YB730-70 "Heavy non-ferrous metal processing. General methods for product packaging, marking, transportation and storage". Labels shall be affixed to the qualified foil rolls, indicating: a. Supplier name,
b. Product name, brand, state and specification, c. Product batch number. www.bzxz.net
5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.2.1 The packaging regulations are as follows:
GB5188-85
5.2.1.1 The foil material shall be wound on a plastic or other material lining with an inner diameter of 32 to 40 mm. The length of the lining is equal to the width of the material, and the allowable deviation is +2mm.
5.2.1.2 The foil material shall be rolled tightly on the lining, and there shall be no loosening when the coil is moved. 5.2.1.3 The diameter of the foil roll should not be less than 70mm, and the number of sheets per roll should not exceed 8. After rolling, the foil should be wrapped with thin paper and plastic film.
Packing of foil: The wooden box is lined with moisture-proof paper and filled and plugged with soft objects to prevent movement. The words or signs such as "Protection" and "Handle with care" are marked on the outside of the box and tied tightly with packaging tape. The gross weight of the wooden box should not exceed 50kg, and the gross weight of the container should not exceed 600kg. 5.2.2 During transportation and storage, it should be protected from collision, moisture and corrosion by active chemicals. 5.2.3 When storing foil, the wooden box should be removed first, and then the foil rolls should be stored on the shelves in a dry warehouse. 5.3 Quality certificate
Each batch of foil should be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: a.
Name of supplier:
Product name;
Product brand, specification, state and processing accuracy, batch number, batch weight and number of pieces;
Results of each top analysis and inspection and stamp of the technical supervision department, this standard number;
Packing date.
