This standard classifies the quality of the sand mixer according to the quality level and use value of the finished product inspection, production process quality inspection and use process quality inspection of the sand mixer.
This standard classifies the sand mixer into qualified products, first-class products and superior products according to the quality level achieved. 4 Quality classification requirements
4.1 Performance and structure
4.1.1 Qualified products
The sand mixing performance shall comply with the provisions of 3.17 of JB/T74571994. 4.1.1.1
4.1.1.2 The structure of the sand mixer shall comply with the provisions of 3.2 of JB/T1644-1991. 4.1.2
First-class products
4.1.2.1 The structure of the sand mixer shall be improved to a certain extent on the basis of adopting international standards and advanced foreign standards, and reach the general level of similar international products or the advanced domestic level. 4.1.2.2 The rest are the same as qualified products.

4.3 Precision
4.3.1 Qualified products

4.4.1 Qualified products
4.4.1.1The model, name and parameters of the sand mixer should comply with the provisions of JB/T3000. 4.4.1.2 Drawings and technical documents should fully implement the current standards, and the content should be complete and unified, the issuance procedures should be complete, and there should be no technical errors.
4.4.1.3Electrical components shall use qualified products that have obtained production licenses and comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.1. The pneumatic system shall comply with the provisions of 3.7.2 of JB/T1644-1991. 4.4.1.4
The lubrication system shall comply with the provisions of 3.7.3 of JB/T1644-1991. 4.4.1.6
The pneumatic and lubrication systems and various pipelines shall be installed neatly, well sealed, and shall not leak. The temperature rise of rolling bearings shall not be higher than 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not be higher than 70℃. 4.4.1.7
First-class products
The temperature rise of rolling bearings shall not be higher than 28℃, and the maximum temperature shall not be higher than 55℃. 4.4.2.2The rest are the same as qualified products.
4.4.3 Superior products
4.4.3.1 The temperature rise of rolling bearings shall not exceed 24℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 50℃. 4.4.3.2 Other products of the same quality.
4.5 Reliability
4.5.1 Qualified products
4.5.1.1 No abnormality shall occur in any part during the prescribed test. 4.5.1.2 Under normal use conditions, the first overhaul period of the whole machine shall not be less than 12000h. 4.5.1.3 The life of each scraper and rotor blade and other wearing parts should not be less than 500h. 4.5.2

4.6 Safety and hygiene
4.6.1 Qualified products
4.6.1.1 The inspection door and exposed movement mechanism shall be equipped with safety protection devices and comply with the provisions of JB5545. 4.6.1.2 The idling noise shall comply with the provisions of 3.14 of JB/T7457-1994. 3
4.6.2 First-class products

4.11.1 Qualified products
