1 Scope

This standard specifies the definition, product classification and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) door and window stays (hereinafter referred to as stays). This standard applies to stays for positioning of casement polyvinyl chloride (PVC) windows. 2 Referenced standards

3.1 Stay
A device that fixes the open window sash.
3.2 Lockable stay
After the open window sash is fixed, when the window sash is subjected to a certain external force, the device will not change the angle of the window sash in the opening and closing directions.
3.3 Frictional stay After the open window sash is fixed, when the window sash is subjected to a certain external force, the device will slowly change the angle of the window sash in the opening and closing directions.
4 Classification and model
4.1 Classification

5 Requirements
5.1 Materials
5.1.1 Main body material: 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr17Ni12Mo2, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in GB/T3280, 6063T5 aluminum alloy in GB/T5237 should be used.
5.1.2 The slider should be made of polyoxymethylene.

5.1.3 The handle should be made of 6063T5 aluminum alloy in GB/T5237. 5.1.4 The spraying material should be polyester resin powder coating. 5.2 Appearance
5.2.1 The color of the spraying surface should be uniform and there should be no defects such as bubbles, sagging, shedding, paint piling, orange peel, etc. 5.2.2 The surface of the oxide layer should be uniform and there should be no defects such as yellowing, bottom exposure, and burning. 5.2.3 The surface should not have defects such as flash and burrs. 5.2.4 The ends of the rivets at the connection must be round and smooth, the connection must be firm, the rotation must be flexible, and the fastened riveted joints should not be loose. 5.3 Performance
5.3.1 Straightness: The straightness of the slide rail and the rocker arm should not be greater than 1mm/m. 5.3.2 Corrosion resistance
a) The adhesion of the coating should not be lower than level 1; b) The thickness of the anodized film should not be less than 15μm. 5.3.3 Locking force and friction force
a) The locking force of the locking type support shall not be less than 500N, and the failure locking force is 250N; b) The friction force of the friction type support shall not be less than 80N, and the failure friction force is 40N. 5.3.4 The opening torque of the locking type support handle is 1N·m. 5.3.5 The difference in sliding friction of the friction type support slider shall not be greater than 10N. 5.3.6 Tensile resistance
After the locking type support and the friction type support swing rod are subjected to a tensile force of 1500N, the elongation of the swing rod shall not be greater than 0.36%, and the riveted parts shall not be loose. www.bzxz.net
5.3.7 Bending resistance
After the middle part of the locking type support rail is subjected to a concentrated pressure of 500N from the vertical rod in the horizontal direction, the bending deformation of the rail shall not be greater than 1.5mm, and the riveted parts shall not be loose.
5.3.8 Repeated opening and closing
After reciprocating opening and closing according to the opening and closing times specified in Table 1 and the actual use conditions, the support connection should not be loose, the locking force and friction force of the locking type support and the friction type support should not be lower than the failure value, and they can work normally. 6 Test method
6.1 Appearance
Carry out visual inspection at a distance of 400 to 500 mm from the test piece under natural light. 6.2 Performance
6.2.1 Straightness
Put the slide rail and the swing rod on the level 3 platform and inspect them with a feeler gauge with an accuracy level of 0.02 mm. 6.2.2 Corrosion resistance
a) The coating adhesion shall be measured according to GB/T9286. b) The oxide film thickness of anodized parts shall be measured according to QB/T3833. 6.2.3 Locking force and friction force
a) Fix the locking type support rail, turn the handle to apply a force of 1N·m to press the slider, make the swing arm coaxial with the slide rail, apply a pulling force at the end of the swing arm bracket until the swing arm moves, and measure with a dynamometer with a range of 0 to 1000N and an accuracy of 1N, as shown in Figure 3. 195

b) Fix the friction type support rail, make the swing arm coaxial with the slide rail, apply a pulling force at the end of the swing arm fixing until the slider moves, and measure with a dynamometer with a range of 0 to 100N and an accuracy of 1N. 6.2.4 Opening force
Set the locking force of the locking support to 500N locking state, apply a force perpendicular to the handle at the far end of the handle in the opening direction to rotate the handle to open it, and measure it with a dynamometer with a range of 0~50N and an accuracy of 0.1N. 6.2.5 Friction force difference
Fix the friction support rail so that the swing arm and the rail are coaxial, adjust the friction force to 80N, apply a pulling force at the far end of the swing arm, pull the slider along the rail for the entire distance, and measure it with a dynamometer with a range of 0~150N and an accuracy of 1N. 6.2.6 Tensile resistance
Fix the rail so that the swing arm and the rail are axially aligned, pull them apart freely, apply an axial pulling force of 1500N along the end of the swing arm for 10 minutes, and measure the residual deformation with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm 10 minutes after unloading to check the degree of damage to the riveted parts. 6.2.7 Bending resistance
Fix the two ends of the locking type support rail, apply a 500N vertical pressure in the middle of the rail horizontally, apply the force for 10 minutes, unload for 10 minutes, place the rail on the 3-level platform, and measure the residual deformation of the rail bending with a feeler gauge. 6.2.8 Repeated opening and closing test
Install the support on the simulated window, and perform reciprocating opening and closing at an opening angle of no more than 80°. After each 5000 opening and closing tests, check the damage of the test piece, and adjust the locking force of the locking type support or the friction force of the friction type support to 500N and 80N respectively, until the test piece is damaged or the locking force and friction force reach failure.
7 Inspection rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Products can only be shipped after passing the inspection and attaching a certificate of conformity. 7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Factory inspection should be carried out within the validity period of the type inspection. 7.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the normal inspection single sampling plan. The inspection level is I and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be carried out in accordance with Table 2.

7.2 Type inspection
Inspection items
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: This standard clause
a) Test and finalization of new products or old products transferred to factory production; Unqualified categories
b) After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; 196
c) During normal production, inspection shall be carried out once a year; d) When the product is discontinued for more than one year and then resumed; JG/T128-2000
e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision agency or the contract stipulates that type inspection is required. 7.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2829. Sampling shall be carried out using a single sampling plan. The discrimination level is I. The unqualified quality level RQL shall be as specified in Table 3.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking

The product shall be protected from impact, extrusion, rain and moisture during transportation. 8.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a warehouse without corrosive media, with good air circulation and relative humidity less than 85%.
