This standard is applicable to various types of containers listed in GB 1413. 2 Reference standards GB527 Physical test methods for vulcanized rubber - General requirements GB/T528 Determination of tensile properties of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber GB/T529 Determination of tear strength of vulcanized rubber (trouser-shaped, right-angled and crescent-shaped test specimens) GB/T531 Test method for Shore A hardness of vulcanized rubber GB 1413 GH 1682 GB 1683 External dimensions and rated weight of containers Test method for brittle temperature of vulcanized rubber Determination method for compression set of constant deformation of vulcanized rubber GB/T32191 Technical conditions and test methods for CC, 1C and 1CX general-purpose containers GB3512 Test method for hot air aging of rubber GB/T 53381 Technical cases and test methods for AAA, 1AA, 1A and 1AX general-purpose containers GB/T 5721 Marking of rubber sealing products, general provisions for packaging, transportation and storage GB 7392 Technical conditions and test methods for insulated containers 3 Product classification 3.1 Classification and model Elastic sealing strips made of rubber and modified plastics as the main base materials are divided into two categories according to their functions: watertight strips (for general bag packaging) and tight strips (for insulated containers). The models include C type, CJ type, mixed type and duplex combination type, the latter is mainly used for insulated containers. Typical cross-sectional form is shown in Appendix A (supplement) Figure A1. 3.2 Specifications and dimensions The specifications and dimensions of the product should be consistent with the door frame dimensions of various types of containers listed in the national standard GB1413. The tolerance of the cross-sectional dimensions of the sealing strip is shown in Appendix A Table A1. The inner dimensions of the sealing strip after it is made are as follows: Width, W, = (1-K-) W Height: H, - (1-Kh) H Wuzhong, w. Sealing strip inner frame visual dimension Sealing strip inner frame height dimension Door outer frame width dimension, Door outer frame commercial dimension: National Technical Supervision Week 1995-12-19 approved 1996-06-01 implementation GB/T 15846--1995 Kw— Sealing strip width dimension coefficient Sealing strip height dimension coefficient. The cutting length tolerance of the sealing strip is as shown in Table A2 of Appendix A. According to the requirements of the door frame size, a 90° joint is made. At the joint, there is a 3\ tilt angle towards the outer edge to facilitate the tightness of the working surface. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The physical properties of the finished sealing strip shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. Table 1 Tensile strength, MPa Tear length, % 100% fixed elongation, MPa Hardness (Gunner A type), degree Tear strength, kN/m Constant compression permanent deformation (70℃ × 22 h wax pressing -25%), % Hot air aging <100% × 70) Tensile weakness change rate, % Batch elongation change rate, % Hardness change (Nar A type) Sugar viscosity, ℃ Anti-load aging (0; quasi-magic 50 pphzb>40 it ×-160 h elongation 20%4. 2 The appearance quality of the sealing strip should meet the requirements of Table 2, defect name crack, penetration air pool, impurities, concave mold failure uneven color , rubber seal strip X10 no coverage modified plastic seal strip +25/10 X10 no capsule qualified product requirements not allowed not allowed not allowed to achieve flatness and gloss rubber has obvious medical luster, modified plastic has obvious gloss 4: 3 After the sealing strip is installed on the container frame, it is tested for air tightness. It is not possible to avoid condensation due to the sealing strip itself. For the insulated container, the air tightness test results also meet the requirements of GB 392. 4.4 Applicable environmental humidity for sealing strips Rubber sealing strips: -45~100°C# Modified plastic sealing strips: 40~80°C, 4. 5 When the modified plastic sealing strip is installed on the plastic door sprayed with fluorinated rubber, an isolation layer should be placed between the sealing strip and the film. 4.6 Under normal use, the service life of the sealing strip should be no less than 3 years. 5 Test method The appearance quality of the sealing strip is visually inspected, and the size is checked with a tape measure with a minimum scale of 1 ui and a vernier card with a small scale of 0.02 mm. 5. 2 Physical and mechanical properties test GE/T 15846---1995 5.2.1 The preparation of the test specimens for the physical and mechanical properties of each batch of sealing strips shall be carried out in accordance with GB 527. 5.2.2 The tensile strength, elongation at break and 100% fixed tensile strength tests shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T528. The strength test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T531. 5.2.4. The tear strength test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T529. 5.2.5 The constant compression permanent deformation test shall be carried out in accordance with GB1683. 5.2.6 The hot air aging test shall be carried out in accordance with GB3512. 5:2.7 The brittle temperature test shall be carried out in accordance with GB 1682 5.2.8 The ozone aging test is carried out in an ozone box, with ozone 0, expansion 50Pphm, temperature 40℃, and the sample is stretched 20%. After 100h of ozone aging test, 5.3 The wind resistance and glass resistance test of the sealing strip shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.13 of GB/T3219-1995, Article 4.12 of GB/T5338-1995 or Articles 6.13 and 6.15 of GB 7392-87. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the sealing strip according to the provisions of this standard and issue a certificate of conformity before it can leave the factory. 6.1.1 The inspection of the appearance quality of the sealing strip shall be 100%. 6.1.2 During the production period of the sealing strip, a batch of 100 sets of mixed rubber is used as a batch to conduct a sampling test on the physical and mechanical properties of the semi-finished products. Among them, the two items of temperature and ozone aging resistance are also tested once per batch. If any one of them fails, the sample should be doubled from the product and the unqualified items should be re-tested. If there is another unqualified item in the re-test result, the batch of sealing strips is unqualified. 6.2 After each set of sealing strips is installed, a wind-tightness test or air-tightness test is carried out. 6.3 The product quality control department and the user can take samples of the batch of products for inspection. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 5721. 7.2 Each set of products shall bear the manufacturer's mark GB/T15846-1995 Appendix A Typical cross-section and relevant dimension tolerances of container door frame sealing strips (supplementary) C-type water-tightening strip Single-type air-tightening strip (for protection against frost) Typical cross-section of container door frame sealing strips Figure A2 Relative relationship between dimensions of container door frame and sealing strip frame Sealing strip edge line.
